The concept of legal tradition is explained as non-conflict in character and compatible with new and inclusive forms of logic.

I would say 3.75, so I rounded up. I enjoyed this book mostly, with very few dry areas. Learned much of Chthonic, Talmudic, and Islamic law, especially when compared to the Common and Civil Law.
