Dr Andrew MacLennan is an affiliate faculty member at London Business School and Duke Corporate Education, a consultant, researcher & leading strategy execution expert. He conducted the largest study ever undertaken in the field.

At LBS, with Prof Costas Markides, he designed and teaches the Strategy Execution course on the school's MBA

It's a very useful and interesting book, I would say it's written for MBA students and higher degrees.
It is full of technical terminology, but has real-life examples as well. As he mentions in it, there's almost nothing written about strategy execution but hundreds of strategic planning books everywhere.
