This is a great book that takes some getting in to.
The first few chapters don't really make a coherent point or encourage you to stick with reading. But trust me: it gets much better.
The premise that there are proven approaches that "geeks" (who are not really geeks) utilise to build organisations, followings and change the future is intriguing and well-supported by cited evidence.
There's many connections between this and my own work (Constellation) and, had I read it sooner, it would've been a cited source in Constellation.
Stick with it.
