After finishing this, I can honestly say I need book two immediately… because that ending?? I. Need. More!!!
This revised version of Initium by Raven Leithe Harlow was everything I hoped it would be and I’m so happy I was able to read and review it, thank you Raven!!!
Harlow’s writing pulls you in so deeply that I felt fully immersed from start to finish. The story is dark and heavy, leaving you feeling hopeless at times only to flip the page and suddenly you’re kicking your feet and rooting for these characters with your whole heart.
One of my favorite improvements in the revised edition is the smoother flow between POVs. It’s not just Alice’s perspective that shines, every character feels more connected and intentional, which made the story even stronger.
