I've been a huge fan of Anton Du Beke for many years, since the start of Strictly Come Dancing. I adored his dancing, and his humor. But a writer? I really wasn't sure. But I am now! This is the first of Anton's books I have read, and I loved it. Believable characters, a fabulous setting (Monaco on Grand Prix weekend - what's not to love?). And a plot with more twists and turns and excitement than the Grand Prix circuit. I will definitely be reading more. Recommended reading.
Gutted I didn’t enjoy this book as I had such high hopes plus I love Anton De Buke! Just found the chapters too bitty and there’s too many characters woth a storyline it gets confusing.
Lovely to be back with Cal and Evie and the Forsythe troop. This time ( surprise, surprise ) in Monte Carlo. Giving a charity concert for HRH Princes Grace. Cal is working on a film set nearby. Lots of shenanigans, naturally. But I enjoyed it.
