3.5 stars. Well...all I can say is that the turkey won't be the only thing getting stuffed this year. This was far more sexual than I anticipated. Like uber, nonstop sex with like every character. Incestual thoughts, adulterous actions, deviant carnal desires being seen through. And it was pretty gory, on top of that, too. I did struggle a lot with the nonstop, chapter to chapter, POV jumping. It was hard to follow each individual, in that sense, as there were dreams, visions, etc, all clouding the plot points. And I just kept finding myself lost, unsure of what the hell was happening, beyond the sex, which was super excessive. For such a short book, I felt like this could have easily been cut down to two POVs, Henry and Lauren, minus the kids, if they were included at all, and been a much more fine-tuned approach. Not terrible, but just very hard to follow.

Luna delivers another captivating read. I’m giving it four stars because the trope of romantic involvement between relatives isn’t my favorite, but the story kept me hooked from start to finish. I really liked how the book centered on Native Americans seeking revenge for the injustices they faced.

Ummm by chapter four I was already blurting out “WHAT????!”
This was a true Luna book as she is the QUEEN of taboo, dark, suspenseful books. This was all of that on steroids.
Like my mind is still trying to wrap around everything that just occurred in 70 pages! I didn’t see any of it coming. I also think I have new fears unlocked of ever having my car break down, lmao.
This was a truly wild ride and anyone who loves this genre of books will devour this! I know I did in about 2 hrs (and it would have been less but I had to parent lol)

Wow. I love when books make me go what the hell? Or make my mouth drop open in shock and let me just say Luna Wicked definitely did that with this one! I was so excited for this holiday read and it did not disappoint. This book is the reason why i love horror erotica so much! It checked every box! All the twists and turns and surprises had me in a chokehold. I couldn’t put it down. Before I knew it, I was almost through with this book! The plot was amazing, and there was so much smut, hot smut, crazy smut! You want it, it had it! I 10/10 recommend for all my book babes that love horror erotica, especially those that love when books make you question if you are also losing your mind. This one’s for you!

It’s so good. And so deep. It is captivating and DARK. like, dark dark. It’s gory, and brutal, and has SO MANY TWISTS. You think you have a handle on what’s happening and then get broadsided by something completely out of left field. It’s such a great book, I love when they can keep you guessing like that. I really enjoyed this one!
It has a lot of pov's which is a first for me, but i really liked it.
This books really f*cks with your head, a lot is happening in a short time!
I loved the story, i really liked the character pov's.

The writing style is easy to read, some words you have to remember or go back to.

This novella was extraordinary! It's exactly the type of story only Luna Wicked could write!
Being a native myself, I see Thanksgiving time differently than most of society, it's a time to remember our ancestors and what they've been through.
With the above being said, I'm aware that this is a fictional novella with twists & turns throughout. It's original and fast-paced. The story is dark but beautiful also. Mother Earth can only be taken from for so long before she expects something in return.
Being a native myself, I see Thanksgiving time differently than most of society, it's a time to remember our ancestors and what they've been through.

I decided to pick up this book because I saw it was a Thanksgiving book and I have been looking for one of those recently.
This is a quick, short read filled with different twists and turns. The different POVs by the characters helped to get an idea of where they were each coming from and what was going on within their story.
It’s definitely one you’re not going to want to put down when you start it.
Favorite quote: “I’m caught between agony and ecstasy, unable to resist him as his lips descend to claim the very life pulsing out of me. I am consumed.”

This is a quick read that packs a PUNCH!! The seamless back and forth between hallucinations and the real world makes you doubt what’s on the page. Then, BOOM! Something that’s even more of a twist happens. You won’t know if you are going backwards, forwards or upside down but by the end? Woah!

A dark twisted tale about vengeance and sacrifice. A family that is drifting apart meets the couple and things go wild from there. The steam is not to miss. The intense dreams and the blood, all of it too real and then the eerie feeling. A scary Thanksgiving read that was perfect and spooky and steamy. Loved it. Definitely Recommended. Trigger Warnings to be kept in mind.

The Feast That keeps on giving is a short novella that gives you a lot of immersive eerie bang for your buck in such a short space of time. I read this in record time, 2 hours, but don’t let the length fool you. It’s packed with a story and will leave you questioning your own sanity. It keeps you guessing the entire time. A total mind-fu*k.
The story tells us about two families, both from different walks of life, and both with their own thanks giving motives. You won’t find a turkey here, guys. You will only find blood.
I absolutely loved how fast-paced this was, and of course how bloody. The story unfolded really well throughout, and I think that Luna did an awesome job with giving us a story and so much history in so few pages. Luna does it time and time again, and I swear this is one of her best yet. ❤️

The Feast That Keeps On Giving was a freakin trip!! Literally! A family ended up in a horrible wrong place wrong time situation. They went through hallucination after hallucination that had me questioning what was real! I loved the crazy suspenseful ride I was taken on through this story! So many times I asked myself what the f--- did I just read?! It may be short, but it is mighty with so much emotion, taboo, spice, and psychological thrills packed into it! wow.. this fucked my brain up to no end but goodness me. i literally am like WOW the whole time. the creepiest,weirdest & most fucked up story ever.
luna does know depravity to no end,my poor little brain couldn't keep up and then it clicked for me and oh my actual god what was that?? malia & axel,the craziest characters i think ive read about,you have incest,you have depravity,you have taboo and safe to say at least it's well rounded.
hunting,warrior,old age traditions,blood.. so much blood it truly ticks all the boxes for darkness,the shadows,the feeling of being watched,i'd be lying to you if i said i wasn't literally eyeballing over my shoulder the whole time,i felt like i was being watched.. love that for me and i defintely won't sleep tonight x
characters? 5⭐️ i felt funny about our two characters in the beginning but i fell in love with the characters by the end,they truly are something else! i can't explain them without ruining it so you will need to trust me on this one!!
plot/storytelling? 4⭐️ although may be confusing in the beginning,as you read on everything does seem clearer,so trust me,it's a work through the confusion,the plot line is perfect though & the pacing.. very fast paced! dives straight in.. i mean dives in from the prologue🙂↔️
gore? 🩸🩸🩸 this is a gore fest,it has a lot of really like YUCK things in,think eyes and arrows,that's all i'm going to say.. i won't say anything else but you may need a strong stomach (ifykyk) but loved it honestly! i'm liking gore more and more and as always luna did not disappoint!
spice? 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ she is spicy,in all the taboo/wrong ways,like honestly you can expect some unconventional spice & some that makes you question like huh? how? what? but it's a fun ride when you do get all the spice!!

I have NEVER read anything like this story before and I am so happy Luna let me beta read this for her. This story is short and it goes FAST. I thought that added element made my reading experience even better because that's exactly how events unfolded for this family on Thanksgiving! I was mind blown at how well I felt like I was experiencing the plot just as much as the characters. It felt a bit like a fever dream, in the BEST possible way. I didn't know when something was truly happening or if the characters were hallucinating--and there were even times when I thought I WAS the crazy one!
Luna gives you JUST enough detail about each character and their backstory, never slowing down the quickness of the story. This means that when you're paying attention, there are little breadcrumbs left for the reader to read between the lines, so I'm reminding you that not everything is always what it seems on paper. 😉 I loved this detail because it made me sympathetic towards certain characters, but not for long. Something else would be revealed and I was quickly reminded "oh, wow--no, dude. You deserved that."
I will say to check trigger warnings because I had visceral physical reactions in certain parts...and there is a bit of taboo spice. But if that doesn't bother you, READ THIS IMMEDIATELY. If you finish by Thanksgiving, consider discussing this book around the table with family and friends as this is a book that's sure to bring families closer together......JK. But, hey...it beats politics. 💀

The Gracie’s they end going away for a family trip to bring the family together since they are having a lot of family issues. They end up going thru some car travels and a local couple ends up offering help to the Gracie’s with their car troubles and giving them shelter for the night since it’s getting late, The Gracie’s end up accepting the offer but they are skeptical about the couple.
When the Gracie’s end up in the couples cabin everything start going left that night for the family.

Malia and Axel are driving down the road, when they spot Henry, Lauren, and their 3 grown kids Michael, Luke, and Katie having car trouble. So they offer them to come back to their house until the morning, when they can see to fix the vehicle.
The family is getting weird vibes from the couple, but they decide that they can’t just stay in the vehicle all night, so they take the couple up on their offer.
Only, when they all get to the house, and settle in, there are weird dreams happening. Or are they dreams? Hallucinations? Or maybe nightmares?
This book was so wild, I am still trying to process what happened. Luna did her thing, and it was amazing! This book will live forever in my brain.

Luna outdid herself with this one! For a short read, it packed so many emotions, fears, spice...all of it! It seriously felt like a fever dream, with the characters having hallucinations and how they weren't sure what was real or not. I honestly wasn't sure what was real or not while I was reading this. And I definitely got the chills during certain parts, and I felt the fear that the characters felt. I also loved the traditions that Luna wrote about, it made it feel like there was a purpose to all of Malia's madness. Check the warnings on this, it is definitely a darker read, but read this book! You will not be disappointed!
