great stress reliever

Somatic exercises and yoga are really similar and this book has pics of the form of the exercises that helps with the form of your body.This book has a QR code where you can watch the video of the different exercises. These exercises have helped me not only with being more flexible but it has helped me with stress and anxiety. I recommend this book to anyone whom is high strung and needs a stress reliever.

A gamechanger

I love this! The exercises are easy to do. I love that it has a workbook section to keep track of how you are feeling about the program and any things you may want to keep track on. I also like the 28 day plan that you can follow so it takes the guesswork out of trying to make up your own routine. The exercises are challenging without being overwhelming which is a big win for me.

Connecting body to the mind

I really like this book because it helps correlate physical exercises with stress and anxiety relief. I never knew just how the body was connected this book does so.
