Inspiring and hilarious

As a geriatric millennial I found this book hilarious! We tend to forget how much our lives are spent on social media whether we are partaking in creating content or just watching it we are constantly on the thing. I remember a time before all this and can live in the real world (or irl). I found it inspiring to encourage myself maybe to stop with the phone and sit back and engage with my friends and family a lot more.

Helpful and Humorous Guide

A humorous guide that we can all relate to. The author discusses his own addiction to technology and then goes on to describe practical tips on how to overcome it and find balance in your life. Very well-written and easy-to-follow; I believe we can all learn from this book and implement these strategies into our lives for more fulfillment, better relationships, success, and personal development.

helpful

Truly inspiring book I was in my 30’s before technology got really out there I have to say technically has taking off a lot since then. This is a short but interesting read to help you step away from technology as I’m reading this I understand I need to step away from my phone more then I do and this book is helping with that.
