I'm often stoically silent or, if the topic interests me, a chronic rambler. In other words, I can discuss writing forever and ever. Fiction, in particular. The love story—while a huge draw and constantly present—is secondary for me, because there's so much more to writing romance fiction than just making two (or more) people fall in love and have hot sex. There's a world to build, characters to develop, interests to create, and a topic or two to research thoroughly. Every book is a challenge for me, an opportunity to learn something new, and a puzzle to piece together. I want my characters to come to life, and the only way I know to do that is to give them substance—passions, history, goals, quirks, and strong opinions—and to let them evolve. Additionally, I want my men and women to be relatable. That means allowing room for everyday problems and, for lack of a better word, flaws. My characters will never be perfect.

Wait…this was supposed to be about me, not my writing.

I'm a writey person who loves to write. Always wanderlusting, twitterpating, kinking, and geeking. There's time for hockey and cupcakes, too. But mostly, I just love to write.

Leaving Him Locked — Chara Croft
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

- brother's best friend
- size difference
- queer awakening
- male chastity
- feminization/lingerie
- praise + degradation

Holden finds himself in a bit of pickle. With nowhere else to go, Holden heads to his best friend’s house forgetting that he’s out of town. Things go from bad to worse when Everett’s older brother Fletcher answers the door and offers his help.

Fletcher only intends to help get Holden free, but lines blue between the pair as their mutual attraction comes to light, and he realizes that maybe Holden is what he’s always been missing.

Honestly could have kept on reading about Fletcher and Holden, their short & super steamy story had me hooked.

Drawn to You — Colette Davison
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

- first loves
- second chance
- “teach me”
- light bondage
- writing on skin

Devin and Jools were each others first loves and promised they would always find a way back to each other after Jools and his family move away to Australia.

Six years later the pair reconnect with each other in Amsterdam and have one night together, both knowing that making promises to each other this time won’t do any good.

Three years later Devin is looking for a flatmate, and as fate would have it, Jools appears coming to see him place.

I loved the idea of first loves finding their way back to each other after almost a decade apart, and the overall sweetness of their story/relationship as Jools explored kink with someone he trusted so implicitly.

His Slutty Angel — EM Denning
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

- kink newb + experienced kinkster
- daddy kink
- degradation
- exhibitionism

Kink newb Riley heads to Desires to find himself some fun, and meets the experienced Adrian who is more than happy to show him the ropes.

Definitely my favorite read of the anthology. I need more of Adrian and Riley 😩 & that thigh riding scene 😮‍💨

A Step Too Far — Gianni Holmes
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5

- stepbrothers
- age gap
- virgin + porn star
- first time

When Iggy learns about the Naughty November list, he signs up to lose his virginity on camera at his older stepbrother Kieran’s adult entertainment company to finally get it over and done with.

Kieran does not think any of his crew will give Iggy the first time he deserves, so he comes out of retirement to do the job himself.

Honestly, I was just here for the stepbros 🤷🏻‍♀️

This anthology had so so many gems what brought me a lot of fun but I also skipped a few because either they weren’t for me or I didn’t really liked the writing.

Sweet Mischief by A.E. Lister (4,5⭐️)

What should I say? This is the very first puppy play I really enjoyed.
Pet play is something I mostly do not really enjoy, if I read something it’s mostly kitten play, but this one here absolutely banged!

„I asked him to be my boyfriend. He became my lover, as well as my pony, my puppy, and my beautiful slut, and I didn’t know what I’d ever do without him“

I really enjoyed the puppy play story, it was so well written, and got me really interested. The pony play scene was compared to the puppy one a bit of s let down but still enjoyable!
The whole scenes between Luther and Atticus were really amazing, i wish we had more about them, I would definitely read it.

I‘ll tell you what you are by Cara Dee (3⭐️)

I kinda struggled with this one because I couldn’t really get into it and was really bored at the beginning. It got better tho after but more of the half for me.

„My Top, my bottom, my better half.“

The characters were nice and the story had a nice depthless to it, i liked that we could see Max struggling with his whole „in which kink box do I put myself in“ problem. But Reid was so reassuring and showed him that it doesn’t matter and it’s okay not to have a label for yourself. Also another thing I very much enjoyed the smut scenes (primal play) immensely.

Leaving him locked by Chara Croft (5⭐️)

I really have a sweet spot for feminization and chastity kink and this one absolutely delivered!!! I loved Fletch and Holden so much, I don’t know but their dynamic and the way the both just fit together was amazing. Also the way Fletch slowly pushed Holden more and more into the direction he wanted him to be and the way Holden submitted to Fletch’s and his own desire, was so well done and absolutely hot.

„I wanted to be small and dainty and pretty for him. To let him be the big, strong, masculine one. To let him turn me into something else, shaped just to please him. Existing only for this. For him.“

Another thing I couldn’t get enough here was the dirty talk! Oh my god it really got me, it’s a nice amount of just casual dirty talk mixed with humiliation but in a good way. I really enjoyed it. And i wished that it was longer because I just know they both would have a crazy ass story!!

Drawn to you by Colette Davison(4⭐️)

This one was really sexy, sweet and steamy, Devin and Jools finding over and over back to each other, was beautiful to witness. It had a fated mates vibe.

I never read a book where a character had dermatographia. It really was interesting and unique to read about it, especially since Devin and Jool used to fool around it in their play time.

Smiling, he writes a single word across my chest. I can’t see it, but I can feel the strokes of the pen. Three letters. My heart flutters.

I did expected this one to be a bit more intense and more smutty, but I don’t complain because Devin writing on Jools body with pens and seeing his skin getting welts and turn red, was really sexy. I didn’t expected to enjoy this one much, but I did.

His slutty angel by E.M.Denning(5⭐️)

Excuse me why was this so short?!?! No way I needed more this was one of my favorite stories!!!

Adriana and Riley’s connected immensely, even though they only just met in the link club and wow their dynamic was so beautiful!! I loved that Adrain was a more like „soft“ dom, he was so attentive, caring and gently but I also like the slightly dirty side as they both played. The degradation kink here was well done, those dirty and slutty words compared with sweet ones just really hit the spot.

„Take what you need. Everyone here is watching how sweet you are right now. How slutty you are for me, how needy. They’re watching you grind your pretty cock on my leg and they’re wishing it was their leg. They’re greedy for you.“

I also loved the exhibition here as well, even that Adrian showed Riley off (with his fully and eager permission), he made it clear that only he can touch him and that only he will be the one to care for him. So good!
And I adored that aftercare was such a huge thing (as it should be) for Adrian. Those scene were also so well done here.

I‘m really sad that this was such a short ride because I need to have more from them both!!!

A step too far by Gianni Holmes(3⭐️)

I got board really fast …I somehow expected more because the start of this story and the whole sex worker/ director trope.

It’s definitely one of the more fluffy and sweet ones in this anthology, maybe that’s why I didn’t really felt it since the previous short story always had a nice kick to it.

Hands off by Kate Hawthorne(2,5⭐️)

I‘m a bit unsure about this one, it felt too rushed and honestly I didn’t really liked the characters. Parrish felt really off to me … the smut was nice and so was the degradation and humiliation but I think what bothered me was the lack of aftercare.

Sleep tight by Luna David (no rating)

Slipped or wasn’t for me

Safe and sound by Morticia Knight (5⭐️)

I really enjoyed this one! Such a beautiful second change „romance“!
I immediately liked both MCs, Gene and Alec just really fitted together. I loved the softness between them even when their session, there were so many emotions between them and you could see them in all their doing.

„Alec’s jaw went slack, and his body tensed. “I don’t understand. I thought being at the club was everything to you. (…)
„No, Alec. That’s where you’re wrong. It wasn’t the club that was everything.“

I adored that Gene was so caring and attentive and fully focused on Alec, it made my heart really arch in a good way.
Also the sounding kink in here!! I don’t now why but it’s such a rare kink trope in books…so I’m really happy that this short story was fully around that, and it was so unbelievable well done here!

Edging Glory by R.A.Frick(no rating)

I didn’t really felt this one skimmed through the chartered here…

Hiding from laughter by Shaw Montgomery (no rating)

Skipped this one too.

30 kinks, 11 authors. When I was given this book, I was asked to pick a couple and read. ok that I can do. Well let me tell you, once you dive in, you want to read them all. Each author took 2 or 3 kinks and either new or side characters in places they have written about before. I was drawn in and each author did a good job on creating and giving us a story with each one only being on average about 50 pages.
My favorite out of the novellas Kinks listed and my rating.
1. Sweet Mischief AE Lister. I have read their books before. Kinks - pony play, puppy play. Age gap 40/26. Praise, impact play and hands-free. 4/5
5. His Slutty Angel EM Denning. New to kink/Experienced daddy (no age play). Degradation. Kinks - Thigh riding, exhibitionism. 4.5/5
6. A Step to Far Gianni Holmes. one of my fav authors. Kinks- First time. Slight age gap 30/22, porn star, virgin, stepbrothers. 5/5
9. Safe and Sound Morticia Knight. Kinks- Sounding, sensory deprivation. Age gap approx. 10 years (not specified) second chance. 4/5
10. Edging Glory RA Frick. Kinks - Glory hole. Exhibitionism, insta lust, edging, cock cage, daddy (no age play). Characters have been written with either autism or ADHD or both. The author explains and as a parent of a child with both, it was represented well in my opinion. 4/5
The only one I did not read was Hiding from Laughter as I saw in another review is it does have rep of age play and was not mentioned beforehand. This is one kink I do not read. I have read it before, and it is one kink I will not read.
This was a wonderfully put together anthology. Sales of this collection will be donated to LGBTQ+ charities. It covers a lot of kinks, and everyone can find something they like or discover something new.

Honestly I saw some of my favorite authors in this anthology and RAAAAAAAAN but sadly this left me super grumpy. Normally I see anthologies that are short stories and are turned into longer books later on, but this one felt like I needed to read all of their back lists to really get it?
I was disappointed by almost every single one as none of these were standalones, but luckily my girl Chara came through for me!

Sweet Mischief by AE Lister 2/5
I’ve read one by this author before and it wasn’t my jam but I honestly liked these two and enjoyed how they complimented each other. I didn’t love the fact that you needed to read the prior books though to understand who a lot of the side characters were, which happens in the next few stories as well, but I liked that this book had a pretty solid ending.

I’ll Tell You What You Are by Cara Dee 1.5/5
Okay. I haven’t read her entire backlist so honestly I had no idea what was going for 90% of this story which kind of ruined it for me.

Leaving Him Locked by Chara Croft 5/5
I came here especially for her because I absolutely love her style and I wasn’t disappointed at ALL.
“It’s not like the perfect man is going to just—”
The doorbell rang.

I fucking ADORED Holden and Fletcher! Especially Holden just straight up dropping his trousers to show Fletch his “problem.” I also enjoyed how much Holden worshipped him as a kid and how he always wanted his attention on him and used to casually walk in on Fletch in the shower 🤣

Plus Holden is just… so damn adorable.
More than that, all of the “am I gay?” feelings I’d had back during puberty, when I really had trailed after him like a lost, horny little duckling, were back now in full force.
Chefs kiss!!!!

Drawn To You by Colette Davison 2/5
Two besties who come in to each others lives over and over and finally stay together. I thought it was a bit too convenient though, especially how one got into kink because his past bestie was into it and then found him again accidentally while using a kinky housemate app. The writing was interesting but honestly I grew bored of it after a few chapters and how he was basically writing paragraphs on him.

His Slutty Angel by E.M. Denning 2.5/5
This one yet again, had characters I guess were from a series I needed to read before this as they were just kind of explained and brushed off like everyone knew who they were. Although somewhat “tame” kinks were written here, these two were absolute fire. I only wish we got to see more of them after the club!

A Step Too Far by Gianni Holmes 1.5/5
I really liked the author showing how much work goes in to having sex on camera with the enemas and prep work, but honestly this one felt a bit cheesy to me. The not talking and explaining why Kieran isn’t allowing Iggy to touch him might have soothed his nerves and helped him understand why the first few nights were all about him. But honestly most of the book was like that. How they both desired each other and yet it took half the book for them to do something about it. And even then, Iggy tries to run off to a porn star because Kieran doesn't want him to touch him?? I’m still confused about it honestly.

Hands Off by Kate Hawthorne 1/5
Another book where I needed to read a previous book to understand who these people were and what’s going on.

bSleep Tight by Luna David 1/5
Honestly? This one confused the hell out of me as at the ending it showed this was a play thing they did to reenact the first time they met… but the main MCs thoughts made it sound like they’d never met before so when it was *revealed* I was super confused.

Safe and Sound by Morticia Knight 3/5
Honestly the high rating is just for the sounding because it’s one of my favorite kinks because here is another book with characters where I’ve no idea who they are and where they come from. It’s rather frustrating and I wish it’d say somewhere beforehand that reading such and such would make this story more enjoyable.

Edging Glory by RA Frick 1/5
Honestly another book with way too many characters who felt like they were from other books and left me completely and totally confused.

Hiding From Laughter by Shaw Montgomery DNF
Dnf’d as ADBL is not my jam and honestly I didn’t even see this on the kink list?

I'll Tell You What You Are - Cara Dee - I loved being able to visit the people from Old Town. This was short, sweet, and kinky. Everything you would want from a Cara Dee story.

Drawn to You - Colette Davison - This was such a sweet story. I love how the time and distance were handled, and we didn't have to go through the wringer of emotions while they were apart. I loved the skin drawing and praise too.

Hands Off - Kate Hawthorne - So happy to see these characters get a HEA. Kink like only Kate can do.

Size difference. I have liked the Shaw Montgomery's I've read in the past but I don't know what kinky would live with this as It starts off with them talking about tickling and wetting kink . Then turns into being helpless and being treated like a baby kink so I DNF'd it

Uh, this was a great selection of spicy short stories and they were all very different. I read most of the stories and my top three were:

Colette Davison - Drawn to you.
Childhood friends and boyfriends Jools and Devin did everything together but get separated when they were sixteen when Jools moved to Australia. They tried staying in contact but it fizzled out. Fast forward six years they have a chance meeting in Amsterdam and hook up. They don't stay in contact but two years later Devin is looking for a roommate and Jools turns up. He is working in London for a year and is looking for a room. They are clearly still drawn to each other. Devin is now working as a professional Dom and inexperienced Jools is keen to explore more. It's clear they are meant for each other. It was such a sweet story.

Cara Dee - I'll tell you what you are.
Long time friends Max and Reid do everything together and have been running a kink club for years but they have grown tired of the drama and Max has lost his way a bit. He is looking for more now and he's hoping to do it with Reid. When they go for their yearly trip with friends they do a lot of talking and decide to only play with each other that weekend which of course leads them to own up to their feelings for each other.

Chara Croft - Leaving him locked.
We'll, this was hot 🔥 Fletcher is cat sitting for his best friend when his friend's brother Holden turns up in a panic. Holden's mean girlfriend has caged him and has run off in a rage. Holden has had a thing for Fletcher for years and Fletcher has been attracted to Holden as well. After the initial awkwardness Fletcher offers to help Holden but that just increases the sexual awareness and they decide to explore with each other but once isn't enough for them though.

I was lucky enough to be offered this anthology by multiple authors and since all eleven authors are on my buy list, it was a no brainer to accept an ARC and then buy my own copy...

But let's get into it - while I read the entire book cover to cover I'm going to give you my personal highlights:

Sweet Mischief by AE Lister - a blind date allows a Dom to explore a new to him kink - pet play and because this is AE Lister we not only get puppy play, but the dom introduces the sub to pony play as they both explore the steamy and kinky connections they have to each other - this one might have melted my kindle...

Leaving Him Locked by Chara Croft - I honestly find chastity and orgasm denial a fascinating subject and this short story not only gives us all the chastity, it also gives us the chance to see how a proper dom treats his sub, especially after the sub is left locked and loaded by his previous partner...

Drawn to You by Colette Davison - Taking up where the Kinky Housemates series left off, we get to revisit the Library as a pro dom reconnects with a past lover and finally has a chance to make a long term go of a kinky relationship - sweet and just a little spicy!

His Slutty Angel by EM Denning - Strangers to Lovers - this one was super sweet and super steamy - watching a newbie explore his first kinks and the connection these two make is electric!

Hands Off by Kate Hawthorne - Niko gets his HEA, with a healthy dose of humiliation - and it's beautiful!

and finally, Edging Glory by R.A. Frick, my ARC benefactor... edging, glory holes, sex with a stranger... daddy/boy (no age play) and a little disability rep - such a great story that I just flew through.

Naughty November features eleven fun and incredibly steamy stories that include enough options to fit anyone’s preferred taste.

Some of my personal favorites includes ;

I’ll Tell You What You Are - Cara Dee. Two longtime friends and partners of a kink club deal with it shouting down but also deal with the fact that maybe they do suit one another in ways they hadn’t thought possible.

Leaving Him Locked - Chara Croft. A best friend’s older brother but make it kinky. Fletcher is reunited with his younger brother’s best friend after swinging by to feed his cat. However, sweet Holden is in a predicament due to his ex-girlfriend…..and Fletcher might just be the right person to help him.

His Slutty Angel - E.M. Denning. Riley is exploring a kink club for the first time when he meets a long time member named Adrian who is more than willing to show him the ropes and much more.

I’m too lazy to write a review about all stories, so I can just say I enjoyed most of them. I particularly liked Cara Dee and Chara Croft’s short stories.

I did DNF the last two because I couldn’t get into them, though.

Love the kinky parts...some were on the sweeter side but others were HOT. I enjoyed this collection of authors...it was a great time spent with kink:)

The most difficult thing about these multi-author anthologies is that all of the stories are just too short! No matter the content, I always find myself wishing for more when I get to the end of each author's contribution. A solid 4.5 star read.

Sweet Mischief by A.E. Lister - 4.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Luthor & Atticus
Sweet and spicy little pup & pony play story between two like-minded individuals. They mesh so easily and so fully; their chemistry is absolutely off the charts. I would have loved a more fleshed out story for them, or at least a slightly more complete ending.

I'll Tell You What You Are by Cara Dee - 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Max & Reid
Two best friends in the kink life finding their life and happiness together. An intense primal play story with a base of long-term friendship and love.

Leaving Him Locked by Chara Croft - 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fletcher & Holden
Crazy Little story about a man and his little brother's best friend. Spicy mix of edging and awakenings. Sweet realization from Holden, who knew he always worshipped Fletcher, but didn't understand the extent until now.

Drawn To You by Colette Davison - 4.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Jools(Julian) & Devin
Best friends and neighbors finding each other again after Jools has to move across the world. A few fateful meetings over the next 9 years, and they finally have their best chance to be and stay together once again, never losing the lasting love they had for one another

His Slutty Angel by E.M. Denning - 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Riley & Adrian
The novice and the expert, instant lust in a new kink environment (for Riley). Short, sweet, & spicy. And again, not nearly long enough. These two definitely deserved some more added to their story.

A Step Too Far by Gianni Holmes - 4.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Iggy & Kee(Kieran)
The virgin and his adult star stepbrother. They love one another more than anything, but never admit the extent of it until Iggy decides it's definitely time to lose his virginity and Kieran knows he can't let anyone else take that from him.

Hands Off by Kate Hawthorne - 3.5 ⭐⭐⭐
Niko & Parrish
I can't say degradation stories are necessarily a favorite, but I do still love when the MCs discover how much they love and care for one another, no matter their preferences for intimacy.

Sleep Tight by Luna David - 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Romeo & Jules
I love stories with generational legacies, even when they're simply noted as information about a character.
I can't say I'd previously heard of the kink used in this story, but I appreciate how it was written that never made it seem wrong or with any dubcon issues. I loved the bit of story "twist" at the end between the two MCs.

Safe and Sound by Morticia Knight - 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Gene & Alec
A second chance story with a D/s dynamic. Coming back together to find new kinks to enjoy to enhance their experience while renewing their previously unknown or misunderstood love.

Edging Glory by R.A. Frick - 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Daddy Sheldon & Beckett
Sweet Daddy/boy dynamic with both MCs having some level of high-functioning neurodivergence. A cute concept for these two gents to find love.

Hiding From Laughter by Shaw Montgomery - 4.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ashton & Micha
Established couple trying to spice things up a bit with some new, but possibly embarrassing kinks. Building off what he knows about his boy, Micha uses familiar techniques and strategies to introduce new fun, and opens Ashton's mind to eliminate his reticence. I love that a big part of this story includes cute and entertaining tickling. You can't ever go wrong with character laughter and it's a fantastic way to end the anthology series.

I had a lot of fun with this multi-author anthology, and I can tell each of the authors had quite a bit of fun themselves. I have no idea how they can write a full-fledged story in just a few chapters, but these guys did a wonderful job! I still always want more, but I can't complain about what I was given.

I received an advance copy of this book and am volunteering my honest review.

Overall rating: 3.6/5, rounded to four stars

this review ended up SUPER long bc there are 11 novellas and I decided to be extra and rate them all, but for those who want to know, my fave was His Slutty Angel by EM Denning

Rating anthologies is always difficult for me because there are usually some hits and some misses, and this one's no different. I averaged my scores by adding them all together and dividing the final number by 11 (the number of novellas) to get a 3.6/5 rating. All of the following reviews are based solely on my opinion and it's okay if we think different things!

This anthology is based around a list of 30 different kinks that circulated in the anthology's canon world to different kink clubs. The premise is to pick 1-2 that you're interested in but haven't tried before and try them with your favorite trusted kink partner. I've listed the kinks in each novella as part of the separate reviews 🥰 I don't think they're necessarily spoilers but I apologize if you do! The Naughty November list tells you what you're in for but not what's in each novella

1. Sweet Mischief - AE Lister (55 pages)
Rating: 3.5/5
- Age gap: Atticus (26) x Luther (40)
- Puppy play, pony play
- Praise, impact play
- Hands-free orgasm

2. I'll Tell You What You Are - Cara Dee (75 pages)
Rating: 3.5/5
- Friends to lovers, brother's best friend; older MMCs: 42 and 46
- Phone sex (platonic unspoken jerk off session)
- Switching roles (top switches to bottom)
- Primal/chase play, outdoor scene

3. Leaving Him Locked - Chara Croft (54 pages)
Rating: 3.5/5
- Best friend's brother, queer awakening
- Male chastity/cock cage
- Feminization, lingerie
- Praise, degradation

4. Drawn to You - Collette Davison (58 pages)
Rating: 3.5/5
- Writing on skin (marker and dermatographia)
- Light bondage
- Friends to lovers, second chances

5. His Slutty Angel - EM Denning (38 pages)
Rating: 4.5/5 (my personal fave)
- New to kink MMC x Experienced MMC
- Degradation, daddy kink (no age play)
- Thigh riding, exhibitionism

6. A Step Too Far - Gianni Holmes (68 pages)
Rating: 4/5
- Step brothers, virgin MMC (Iggy)
- Age gap (Iggy 22, Kieran 30)

7. Hands Off - Kate Hawthorne (43 pages)
Rating: 4/5
Tbh, idk if this is part of a universe the author's already written or what, but I've never been so confused with the setting or backstory of anything in my life.

- Degradation, exhibition/voyeurism
- Hands-free orgasms, boot/shoe worship
- Double anal (1 toy, 1 human)
- Second chances (FWB situation prior to now?)

8. Sleep Tight - Luna David (49 pages)
Rating: 4/5
- Mafia/organized crime; CEO/tycoon MMC
- Somnophilia, drugging, roleplaying
- Bratting, daddy kink (no age play)
- Recording sex (is actually consensual, it'll make sense in the end)

9. Safe and Sound - Morticia Knight (47 pages)
Rating: 3.5/5
- Age gap (10 years between the MMCs, ages not explicitly stated iirc); second chances
- Urethral sounding, light medical play undertones
- Sensory deprivation/blindfolding

10. Edging Glory - RA Frick (50 pages)
Rating: 3/5
- Possible age gap (MMC1 is 41, MMC2 written younger but idk age)
- Instalust/love, exhibitionism, voyeurism, latex
- Glory hole, edging, male chastity/cock cage
- Daddy kink (no age play)

11. Hiding From Laughter - Shaw Montgomery (50 pages)
Rating: 2.5/5
My biggest issue with this one is that the diaper play and age play weren't mentioned beforehand. Tickling, to my knowledge, doesn't automatically mean age play or wetting. There's no reference to these before the novella starts and I was under the assumption that only the kinks on the Naughty November list would be used in the novellas. I guess I was wrong. The writing was also super disjointed and choppy to the point where keeping track of what was happening was a little difficult and I just... didn't vibe with this author, it seems.

- MMCs in a committed relationship already
- Tickling, diaper play, wetting in the diaper
- Daddy kink with age play (unsure of how little the age play is, but there's a bottle referenced along with the diapers)

Thank you to GRR for the eARC!

Overall Rating: 3.75 stars.

So this is another anthology I buddy read with a friend and while it was still super fun, I wasn’t as into the stories in this antho. A lot had kinks that I’m not a fan of so made it hard to read. However, there were a couple I absolutely loved and those were still worth reading!

One thing I noticed and really wish had been done better is most stories didn’t list kinks or content warnings. I really appreciate the authors that did as it’s super important especially when dealing with such kinky stories. So I tried to include the kinks and content warnings that I noticed but please note I absolutely could have missed some but hopefully it helps a little bit!

Sweet Mischief by AE Lister
⭐️⭐️
Kinks/Content Warnings: Pet Play, Humiliation, BDSM, Bondage, Spanking, Crop Usage
Single POV. Part of Parlor Games world but can be read as standalone. Enjoyed the concept of the club but unfortunately I have discovered that pet play during sex is not for me. And I’m also not a fan of humiliation. I also wasn’t super fond of the way the MC acted and thought (sub is only there for my pleasure etc) but could just be me. If you enjoy pet play then I absolutely still suggest giving it a try!

I’ll Tell You What You Are by Cara Dee
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kinks/Content Warnings: Primal Play, CNC, Rough Sex, Simulated Rape Between MCs, Word Rape Actually Used
I absolutely loved this story! How this author can write a short story but make it feel like a full-length novel with nothing missing is awesome! I loved seeing the relationship between the two MCs and even with the content warnings I did really enjoy their dynamic. I just wish the word rape wasn’t used so much as that’s one of my triggers so it was a bit hard to get through but overall I quite enjoyed!

Leaving Him Locked by Chara Croft
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kinks/Content Warnings: Praise, Power Exchange, Lingerie, Cock Cage, Edging
Ahhhh I loved this short story so much! First time reading this author but definitely won’t be my last. This whole story was pretty much just one scene but it had so much and I fell in love with these two! I would love a full length story featuring them. My heart just melted for the praise! Definitely recommend!

Drawn to You by Colette Davidson
⭐️⭐️.5
Kinks/Content Warnings: Dermatographia, Writing on Skin, Bondage
This story was alright I guess. I honestly didn’t feel the chemistry between these two at all. It was cute but definitely not my favourite. If you enjoy mild kinks then this would be a great story to read I’m sure!

His Slutty Angel by EM Denning
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kinks/Content Warnings: Exhibitionism, Mild Degradation, Mild Daddy/boy Dynamic, Fisting and Sounding (Demonstration at Kink Club, not MCs)
This one had kinks I wasn’t a huge fan of but other than that the story was good. A little fast between the MCs. Would have loved to see more than just the one night together but it works. If you like kink clubs and degradation (slut) then I would recommend.

A Step Too Far by Gianni Holmes
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kinks/Content Warnings: Filming, First-Time, On-Page Enema
So this one was also pretty tame in the kink department but the chemistry and the two MCs were awesome so I was all here for it! I love a good step-brother romance and this one delivered! Didn’t feel like anything was missing from their story and I loved that we got a little glimpse from their younger days! Definitely recommend!

Hands Off by Kate Hawthorne
Skipped due to personal preferences
Kinks/Content Warnings: Degradation, Double Penetration

Sleep Tight by Luna David
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5
Kinks/Content Warnings: Somnophilia, Daddy/bratty boy, Discussions of Homelessness, Brief Mention of Pedophilia (not involving either MC)
I enjoyed this story a lot more than I thought I would. The one MC was such an awesome bratty boy and I loved their dynamic. I would absolutely read more about these two! This is my first story by this author but will definitely be reading more by them in the future!

Safe and Sound by Morticia Knight
Skipped due to personal preferences
Kinks/Content Warnings: Sounding

Edging Glory by RA Frick
DNF
Kinks/Content Warnings: Too many to list but full kink list and content warnings are included for this book in the antho.

Hiding from Laughter by Shaw Montgomery
Skipped due to personal preferences
Kinks/Content Warnings: Daddy/little with ABDL

Probably the best anthology I read in last couple years😍 Usually if I like 2 or 3 stories it's a lot but here I have to say I was pleasantly surprised I have liked most of them (so far I have read 8 out of 11).

That said let's look at each individually.

AE Lister - not even E for effort, DNF. Hate to start with bad review but in compare to rest of this stories this is like 5th grader trying to play (insert any sport you like) with pros. Never heard of this author, never will read. There was not a single drop of chemistry and I had to couple times list back to remind myself who was the Dom supposed to be. This read more like a manual to most boring date ever, not meeting love of your life.

Cara Dee - all the stars in universe❤ I might be biased as Cara is my THE favorite author and I love anything she writes and I'm already deeply invested in Mclean world. But no worry you will enjoy it even without reading a single letter from Game series (although what are you doing with your life if you haven't yet?) since the MCs here are new and I only hope we'll see them again.

Chara Croft - 4 stars. I loved the story and wish we'd get a bit more of the ending (epilogue is a thing, ya know - which was a problem with more of the storie) but I might be getting alergic to Chara's wordiness. Her contributions to anthologies used to be my go to one the of the first stories to read but then I read few of her books and found myself skimming through the endless inner monologues and especially here it was wuite repetitive and could save few pages (for epilogue f.e.🙊)

Colette Davidson - 4 stars. It's nice sweet story, typical for Colette although a bit (a lot) hard to believe but hey weirder things happened. Again I like her anthology novels better as she tends to be on sweeter side but I like her writing.

EM Denning - 4 stars. Again epilougue is a thing. My first read from this author and I might look up her books. This is how you write chemistry between people meeting first time (yes, looking at you AE). Was so good I'll even forgive we didn't really get the full smutty experience.

Gianni Holmes - 5 stars. Again I'm a bit slut for taboo so this was straight up my alley. But I also liked the story and writing and this convinced me I should finally read some more from Gianni (Idk why I haven't yet, I'm seeing her books in my suggestions all the time).

Kate Hawthorne - 4 stars. Sorry, not my cup of tea and here it was a bit too obvious it was based in some series world (like you should know who the side characters were and the backstory of the MCs). But again good writing and chemistry.

Luna David - 5 mindf*cky stars. Love it, give me 10 of those😍 Completely new to this author, never heard of her before but will look for more. Trust me read the whole thing (and then probably read it again).

More to come...(maybe, I have probably never read whole anthology A to Z).

I really enjoyed this anthology; all of the novellas were well written and I liked that there was so much variety. There were no opportunities to get bored of a kink because these were all snapshots into lots of different scenes and character's HEAs. I've written something about each of them, in particular my favourites.

Sweet Mischief - 3 stars. Luther and Atticus were a cute couple exploring puppy play. Not really my favourite kink to read but it was well written and I was glad they got their HEA.

I'll tell you what you are - 4 stars. This one gets an extra star purely for how smoking hot their chemistry was! Max and Reid were clearly good friends and I was glad Reid helped Max get over his worrying and overthinking about who he was. A bit of a longer story too which was nice.

Leaving him locked - 5 stars! Smoking hot with such good chemistry built up between Fletcher and Holden. I love Chara Croft's stories because they always leave me wanting even more.

Drawn to you - 3 stars. I liked Jools and Devin but there was a tad too much back and forth in meeting each other for such a short story. Good couple together though.

His slutty angel - 4 stars. Great chemistry between Adrian and Riley. I liked how Adrian pushed him and they were a couple I was left wanting even more of.

A step too far - 5 stars. Iggy and Kieran brought that little bit of taboo to the collection which I loved. I really enjoyed the fact that this was one of the longer reads and I thought this really did the character building justice. It was great to get to know them both so well and see the build up. Definitely left me wanting more.

Hands off - 3 stars. This one felt a little bit like I should have read other books set in this world for the best experience. Niko and Parrish were almost an established couple separated by circumstance and coming back together. I did enjoy it, I just had to work a bit harder to make sure I understood the world building and where the other characters fit in.

Sleep tight - 4 stars. There was lots I really enjoyed about this one. Definitely a different take on kink and I was curious to know more about Romeo and Julien together after this.

Safe and sound - 3 stars. Gene and Alec had good chemistry but it was a bit too instant with the 'fall back into love' theme for me.

Edging glory - 3 stars. Sheldon and Beckett brought a lot of steam to the novella and it was an enjoyable read.

Hiding from laughter - 5 stars. I loved the connection between Ashton and Micha here. They seemed so solid but still had chemistry that was great to read. I loved their exploration together and the trust they showed. What a great way to finish the anthology!

I received an ARC and these are my honest reviews.

Can’t get enough!!

AE Lister
I’ve never read from this author but if the rest of their books are like this, I might’ve found a new author.

Cara Dee
I absolutely love this author. They always mention they can’t let characters go and sometimes they’re just in the background of other books and I absolutely love that!! I’ve gotta say, I love that Max and Reid have essentially spent their entire adult lives together. I could read Cara’s books all day and just go through an absurd amount of emotions. If this gets expanded, I would love to read how Max adjusts to his new life…and how Reid will keep him locked down!

Chara Croft
I can’t even explain how this author makes the most adorable characters and some very hot scenes. If this gets expanded, I wouldn’t mind!!

Colette Davison
This was such a cute short! I love a friends-to-lovers and I think this exceeded what I had in my head. Devin and Jools practically lived worlds apart and still found each other!

E.M. Denning
I think this is my first time reading from this author and I can’t wait to read more!! Personally I like that it’s Riley’s first time going to the club and even as he mentions it, the “tamest” things he tries are some of the hottest pages I’ve read! Now I just need a bit more.

Gianni Holmes
I love this author and follow her on almost everything! I was so excited when she announced her participation in the anthology!! I only read her blurb from months ago and knew I would love Iggy and Kieran! Iggy is too adorable and so smart and I love that Kieran just dotes on him and gives him anything he could ever want!

Kate Hawthorne
I’ve never read anything like this from this author before, so I might need to start from the beginning!

Luna David
I honestly have no words. Definitely one of the best somno books I’ve read and then I loved the small backstory! Definitely wouldn’t mind a longer version!

Morticia Knight
I haven’t read too many books with sounds and with this already being a second chance, I automatically loved it. If her other books are like this, I definitely need to read more!

R.A. Frick
I haven’t read too many books with characters either on the spectrum or diagnosed (besides the Luna David book) and it’s definitely been eye opening, so I’ll definitely have to read more from this author as well!

Shaw Montgomery
My very first genre of spicy books started with this author and I haven’t been able to stop. I love Ashton and Micha because they’ve been together so long that they know what each other wants even if they act like they don’t. It seems taboo, but read what you want and ignore what you don’t. We read and we don’t judge.

This anthology consists of 11 short stories that explore a wide variety of kinks. All the stories are about exploring something new (to at least one of the characters) and the Naughty November List of possible kinks features in almost all of the stories. I enjoyed reading about these different experiences and getting to know new authors this way.

Sweet Mischief (5 stars) - A sweet and very hot story about a Dom trying out a new kink and getting heavily into pet play by one of my all-time favourite kink authors (AE Lister). This'll burn your kindle.

I'll tell you what you are (5 stars) - This is an accompanying novella in the same world as The Game series by Cara Dee and I loved it as much as I have loved every book in that series. These two are fire together. A very kinky and emotional friends-to-lovers story. It's not often I get so invested in stories of this length.

Leaving him locked (4 stars) - This was a sexy little interlude. It's basically just one scene of two men meeting again after years of not seeing one another and giving in to the insta-lust they feel.

Drawn to you (3.5 stars) - We follow two men losing touch and coincidentally meeting again throughout the years until they are ready to finally explore their feelings. It was more cozy than spicy which is completely fine. Somehow I couldn't really connect with the characters though so I didn't enjoy this story as much as some of the others.

His slutty angel (3.5 stars) - A short, sexy story about a boy who steps into kink club Desires to get a taste of how it feels to have your secret desires fulfilled.

A step too far (4 stars) - A virgin and a pornstar, a sweet story about two stepbrothers who always felt more than brotherly love.

Hands Off (4 stars) - A short story in the Trophy Doms NY world. An utterly filthy story containing degradation and hands-free kink. It's not usually my cup of tea but very well written and makes me want to try other books in this series.

Sleep tight (4 stars) - A sexy somnophila story with a twist.

Safe and Sound (3.5 stars) - I do love the title for that little story. Very clever. I didn't really manage to emotionally connect but it was an interesting kink experience.

Edging glory (4 stars) - Wanna guess which kinks are explored just from the title? Yes! 😁 I liked the neurodivergent rep in this story. A hot little fuckfest.

Hiding from laughter (3 stars) - I really appreciated the focus on communication in this story. We follow an established couple into their exploration of a new aspect of their kink life. Well written but not really my cup of tea.

Since I read this stop and go, a story here, and there, my notes are scattered and I can't find them all.

Featuring brand-new short
Sweet Mischief, by AE Lister
Odd, I think this is the 2nd book this month I read with both Puppy and pony play.
Not something I seek out. But was good. I liked it.

I'll Tell You What You Are, by Cara Dee
I didn't keep good notes. I think this was bet friends who ran a bdsm club, close it down. One of them is struggling with not having found his perfect kink. The one that just clicks. Turns out what turns him ont he most is his best friend.

Leaving Him Locked, by Chara Croft
Locked up in a chasity belt, Holden goes to his best friend for help. But he finds his best friends brother instead.
Fletcher helps, but takes his time.

Drawn to You, by Colette Davison
Devin and Jools were childhood friends and 1st loves. Jools moves away with his family, but they promised they would find their way back to each other. The meet up as adults once. They fulfilled their promise, and didn't expect to see each other again after that one night. From that meeting Devin's life changes. He explores kink and becomes a pro Dom.
Years later Jools shows up to an add for a roommate and is surprised to find Devin's the one renting out the room.

His Slutty Angel, by E.M. Denning
first meeting-exhibition-dirty talk

A Step Too Far, by Gianni Holmes
Steb brothers. One brother does porn. The other wants to have his first time on camera.
It was okay.

Hands Off, by Kate Hawthorne
Was this a short from another series? Felt like we should already know the characters.
Nice smut, with a HEA, but felt like I was missing the prestory.

Sleep Tight, by Luna David
Owner finds and emplooyee sleeping in the club.
Boy offers himself up, to be able to stay one night.
Don't recall ever reading Somnophilia before.
When I was reading it I was eally hoping it had another kink mentioned which made it okay, and was releaved when it did.

Safe and Sound, by Morticia Knight ~
Huh, I didn't write even a one word note on this one.

Edging Glory, by R.A. Frick
Glory hole and cock cage
Nice one. I wasn't really connected to the characters, but it was a nice steamy read.

Hiding from Laughter, by Shaw Montgomery
Kink jor-diapers Ehh, diapers is not a kink I care to read, but it was okay.

Leaving Him Locked by Chara Croft (5/5)

No one writes needy, submissive guys like Chara Croft, and it was such a treat to read this steamy as heck exploration between Holden and Fletch. The beginning of the story had just enough setup to get me oriented into Fletch's life and then the rest was a drawn-out, passion-filled exploration of kinks. I could barely stand how good Holden and Fletch's chemistry was, and the way they fed off each other's energy to keep the momentum going was explosive. These men made me believe every word that came out of their mouths, no matter how quick it was to be feeling what they were feeling. Do I wish I'd gotten to see more than just their first scene together? Of course, but with such a delicious HFN ending and such a thorough exploration of their shared likes I'm confident these guys are committed for the long-haul.

A Step Too Far by Gianni Holmes (5/5)

Iggy and Kieran's stepbrother romance had all the pining, possessiveness, and heat that I was hoping for and more. I'm a sucker for forbidden romances like this one, and getting glimpses of Kieran and Iggy's closeness in the past only made me more eager to see them take things to the next level as adults. I was completely under their spell before they decided to spend a whole week prepping for Iggy's first time, and I thought my brain was going to melt into mush seeing just how good their chemistry was. Kieran was so attentive to Iggy, wanting everything to be perfect for him, and I devoured every single moment of bliss they shared. Lack of chemistry was absolutely not an issue for Kieran and Iggy, but their failure to communicate about what they meant to each other did cause some problems leading up to the main event. I was also a little confused by the whole Max vs Max's stage name thing--it was emphasized in the beginning and never really panned out. Thankfully they were able to get out of their own way before mucking things up too bad, and the resulting night they spent together felt even more meaningful as a result. I adored the cute ending these guys got, and the special button gift tied everything up nicely.

**I voluntarily read a free copy of this anthology. This review expresses my honest thoughts and opinions.

I live for anthologies. The best ones come during the end and beginning of the year. Naughty November is a prime example of that.

We are starting it off with Sweet Mischief by AE Lister. I now want to check out the world it’s set in. It did leave me wanting more which is what I like most about stories in an anthology.

Cara Dee is next with I’ll Tell You What You Are. Man I loved this one. Best friends to lovers is my favorite and as short as this was it still had all of what I want in it. Though if the author wants to make an extended version I’m so there.

Chara Croft gives us Leaving Him Locked. I love me some Chara Croft. This was awesome. I really need more of these guys.

Another favorite of mine, Colette Davison, has brought us Drawn To You. Oh man I missed the kinky housemates and to see one of them made my day. I loved Devin and Jools story.

His Slutty Angel is E.M. Denning’s contribution to the anthology. This is not your typical meet cute and if you read the Desires books then you’ll know what I mean. Please let us have more of Adrian and Riley.

I do love me some Gianni Holmes and was excited to see A Step Too Far. Oh my did this one grip my heart. The smile and heartwarming tears I got after ready it says it all.

Another author I love reading is Kate Hawthorne and she gives us Hands Off. This was intense in all the best ways. It made me want to look for Christian’s story.

I’ve been waiting for Luna David’s Sleep Tight. It was amazing. This is why I’m a big fan.

Morticia Knight is another wicked good author I enjoy. Safe and Sound has all the sexy we expect plus the sweetness I crave. A truly beautiful read.

Edging Glory by R. A. Frick had my mind racing just from the title alone. I loved it. Spicy and sweet. These two are a perfect match.

Shaw Montgomery is my favorite author. It was hard not skipping to their story Hiding From The Laughter. Even with someone you love and trust completely trying a new kink can make you nervous. Ashton and Micha are a beautiful couple and I’d love to get more.

I found this to be a fantastic read. I loved seeing each author’s take on a similar theme. From established couples to first meets this was an amazing collection.

Sleep Tight by Luna David: This story was a little bit darker because of the way Julien and Romeo met and Julien's situation but I loved every word. It's one of my favorites in the anthology. The chemistry between them was explosive. I loved them together. I wish this was a full length novel. 5/5 stars

Sweet Mischief by AE Lister: This was short but really great. I felt like I got to know Luther and Atticus. I loved their chemistry and it was great seeing Luther explore a new dynamic. I would love to read a longer book about those two. The club setting was great too. 4/5 stars

Hiding from laughter by Shaw Montgomery: I love reading stories about established couples that explore their dynamic and try new things. Ashton was funny and such a drama queen, he was fun and I loved how well he and Micha communicated. This was wonderful! Fun and sweet and delicious. I really enjoyed it 4,5/5 stars

Safe and sound by Morticia knight: I adore second chance romance. I felt for both Gene and Alec and I was rooting for them. This story pulled at my heartstrings. I loved seeing them get their happily ever after and their dynamic was chef's kiss. 4,5/5 stars

His slutty angel by E.M. Denning: Andrian and Riley are two strangers who meet at a club. Riley is new to the scene and Andrian agrees to help him explore his desires. And wow those two had amazing chemistry. Absolutely explosive. I want to read about them. 4,5/5 stars

Leaving him locked by Chara Croft: Well wow, this was brilliant. Definitely a favorite! The chemistry between Holden and Fletcher was off the charts. I loved everything about their dynamic. I don't just want a full length novel with those two, I need it! Perfect 5/5 stars

I'll tell you what you are by Cara Dee: This was my favorite in the collection. I love love love reading stories about best friends falling in love. All the tension is simply delicious. And I love the author's writing style. Her characters are always so realistic. I adored Max and Reid. They were perfect together and I had the best time reading about their journey. I hope we'll see them again in other books. 5/5 stars

Drawn to you by Colette Davison: Childhood friends to lovers and second chance romance is my kryptonite. I really loved Jools and Devin's story, their happy ending warmed my heart. They were wonderful together, great chemistry and very sweet. 4,5/5 stars

My 5-star reviews for this charity anthology consist of the following stories:

“I’ll Tell You What You Are” by Cara Dee: Dee delivers another short, sweet, and sexy take on the intersection of kink and real life as these two best friends finally give a relationship a shot…in the most intense way possible. The weight of Reid and Max’s history is present in every scene without ever getting bogged down by exposition. While many novellas end on a solid “happily for now,” I have full faith in this particular happily ever after between such solid friends, no matter how their kink dynamic evolves.

“Drawn to You” by Colette Davison: Anyone who doesn’t believe that kink and sweet don’t go together obviously hasn’t read anything by Davison. This story is sheer perfection for her brand, and while the kinks might seem simplistic on the outside, she uses character details to enhance their use and the way they bind these two men together despite the nontraditional road they take to their happily ever after.

“His Slutty Angel” by E.M. Denning: Like any other element of storytelling, especially when it comes to romance, well-written kink is much more about the dynamic between the characters than the formal trappings of BDSM. The elements explored in this story wouldn’t necessarily be out of place in a “regular” romance, but Denning heightens every moment of the encounter between Riley and Adrian, elevating a simple club hookup to a connection between both men that goes so much deeper. Stunning in its simplicity, and perhaps also all the hotter for it.

“Hands Off” by Kate Hawthorne: Full disclosure—I’m one of the people who poked at Hawthorne to give Niko a story. I’m also the luckiest reader in the world because the story she gave Niko and Parrish is packed to the brim with everything she does so well, from kink to romance to the craft of writing itself. The seamless blending of power exchange and pure emotion makes this a standout story in this collection, along with being a near-perfect encapsulation of the best of Hawthorne’s entire body of work.

Really wish these anthologies had some type of blurb or even a trope list so I could better pick and choose which stories to read. 😭 A few did have a content warning or author’s note, which was helpful. And I did at least attempt to read them all.

AE Lister - DNF not because of the content (pony play) but the writing style wasn’t for me.

Cara Dee - Two idiots in love. Old friends finally figure out they’re perfect for each other with a side of primal play. Was fun and sexy to read. 4/5

Chara Croft - The setup is a little unbelievable yet I could read more of it at the same time. Super sexy. It gives predicament porn vibes with the chastity mishap. 4/5

Colette Davison - One of the MMC’s has a skin condition that allows for temporary skin writing/branding. That’s a new one for me, so points for originality and using that in a kinky way. Has a softer, more romantic tone than some of the other stories. But probably my least favorite. 3/5

EM Denning - Your standard kink club scene with a newbie sub + Daddy. Thigh rubbing and dirty talk, so slightly on the tamer side but still sexy, if a bit short in length. Would read more. 3.5/5

Gianni Holmes - DNF because it’s goofy.

Kate Hawthorne - Love that Nico got a story!! And he has a degradation kink. A bit more of an intense kink but both Nico and Parrish are clearly into it together. 4/5

Luna David - Being about Mafia AND somnophilia is a bit OTT for me. The “plot twist” in the epilogue makes it, for sure. 3/5

Morticia Knight - DNF. Breaking up and not seeing each other for a whole year followed by one conversation and BAM, they’re back together and talking about new kinks (sounding and sensory deprivation) to try? The progression just felt strange. It was short enough I could have finished, but nah.

RA Frick - I enjoyed it but the couple is barely together at all. Emphasis is more on the kink club experience itself rather than developing a relationship. So I would have liked more interaction between them rather than a time jump in the epilogue. 3/5

Shaw Montgomery - Established couple trying out new kinks together, specifically ABDL. So a glimpse of after the HEA. Well done communication. 4/5

5 It's-for-charity stars, which is a bit different than my standard 5 stars, because *of course* not every story was perfect to me.
But.
This really was a fun anthology to read… assuming you’re looking for a taste of kink from some of this genre’s finest. The connecting prompt, a list of naughty activities to explore, provided the authors with enough latitude for them to let their imaginations roam and oh, did they ever. (I’ll update as I make my way through…)
Morticia Knight – Safe and Sound -- When we first meet Gene & Alec, they’re reconnecting months after a failure to communicate and it’s easy to see why they both regret not being more open, the bond between them is fragile but still tangible and I was rooting for them to get it right this time. This is a great taste of what I’ve come to expect from Morticia Knight – kink with splash of vulnerability and just the right amount of spice. (Which is a lot. I mean… it’s a kink anthol.)
EM Denning – His Slutty Angel -- I loved this story so much - Riley’s yearning for something *more* was so palpable that I was almost as hypnotized by Adrian’s confidence as he was. The amount of heat & eroticism that EM Denning managed to pack into what seemed to be low-key & innocuous kink was exactly what I needed.
Cara Dee - I'll Tell You What You Are -- Easily my favourite primal play scene of every primal play scene I've ever read. There's so much that's led up to this encounter and I would love to revisit these characters as they move forward from here. I'm not anywhere near done with Max and Reid and can only hope Cara isn't either.
Luna David - Sleep Tight -- It took me a few minutes to warm up to this story, the beginning felt a bit over the top to me, but once the author was done setting the stage for Romeo & Jules, I was definitely hooked. The chemistry between these two is combustible and I had no idea how compelling this type of scenario could be until I read what Luna David did with it. This was deliciously dirty.
