Harper came back from a year-long vacation only to find out that her great-uncle’s home, the home she loved and where she spent much of her youth, had been given away to an auction house by his now deceased wife. An ex hockey player and house flipper, Mac Blackwell, bought it and was set to start tearing up Harper’s beloved home after Halloween.
She didn’t care that Mac was very easy on the eyes and had her pulse racing when she looked at his pictures or his image on TV. The house was rightfully hers, and if he wasn’t going to give it back willingly, well, she would just have to use any means necessary—even if it meant scaring him every day till Halloween. But having that yummy treat sharing the same space as her, even though he didn’t know, was causing her to lose focus. Stay focused Harper…. Please stay focused.

I love writing and bringing characters to life. I would get ideas for plots or themes for novels by watching TV or seeing an interaction on the street during one of my walks. I have so many ideas that I don't think I will ever be at a loss for a new book to write lol.
Reading romance is one of my favorite pastimes, next to horror books. Love me some Stephen King and Dean Koontz.
Maybe one day I will write in that genre too. Or combine the two......
**Do not diminish an authors hard work by trying to tank her by saying her book is AI. The amount of time I sit down to write everyday to the point I am now having issues with my kidney is not a joke. If you don’t like my work that is fine, if you want to point out things I can work on that is good too. But people messing with authors to get them to quit or lose revenue is appalling. I am not going anywhere..
Harper was only trying to save a memory that she was holding onto, but Mac was the bas guy in her eyes that had stolen the memory from her. until she began ghosting him and found out that he wasn't so bad after all. and when he found out that she was the ghost and watching him in all his naked glory, he amped it up. pretending to be drunk and naked, that should have been her first red flag, because she hadn't seen him drinking just empty beer cans... and he pounced. loved that he bargained with her on the house because they both wanted the same thing. each other and a bunch of kids running around the house. and the old man at the end. loved it.
I never thought that there are so many ways people come together. This was an individual one to one uniquely coming together. I love this storyline of romance. I've loved reading it.
I really enjoyed this short read. It was a sweetly erotic holiday treat. The main characters were interesting and hilarious together. I laughed out loud often. You never disappoint, Ms. Williams. Thanks.
