I love making soup in the fall and winter, and I got this book for new recipe ideas. This was exactly what I was looking for. The author separates the recipes by main protein type, so it is very easy to find the recipe you are looking for. The recipes included use a wide variety of ingredients. Each recipe has well written directions that are easy to follow.
