Just to prove Rose and Sazo's badassness can reach another level of badasserness in 24 pages. To find this Bonus Epilogue, you need to go through a link at the end of the Collision Course ebook.
In this bonus epilogue, Rose and Dav are longing for home, but they've agreed to attend a dinner to help mend bridges between the Fisone and the Hasmarga. Rose and Sazo figure out the best plan to keep her new baby girl safe and also plan for a weapon for Rose that no one will know about. Of course it comes in handy when things go sideways during the dinner, but the plan goes flawlessly, the baby is safe and all is well. It doesn't look so good for the Fisone, those people have been nothing but trouble and deserve anything they get after all they've done. I enjoyed a little bit more with Rose, Dav, Sazo and the baby and I sure hope we get more Class 5 stories.
I downloaded this bonus epilogue from BookFunnel for free, and it was a nice little extra. It adds a couple more chapters featuring Rose, Dav, and Sazo. While it doesn’t contribute much to the overall story, it’s a fun chance to spend a bit more time with our favorite characters.
You can easily skip it—but hey, since it’s free, why not hang out with them a little longer?
I purchased the audiobook version of this novel, which was recently released. I was happy to discover that this terrific, action-packed epilogue, which is not included with the Kindle version, is included with the audiobook.
Review 11/11/24:
I obtained access to this bonus epilogue for free from the author via a link at the end of Collision Course. It is wonderful and not to be missed!
Good short story. Ecdre & Rose are reunited; Gerna is busy bonding with her babies & mourning those that were killed, by the Kimol. Of course the Kimol cannot admit defeat but thankfully Rose has something to knock the leader & his followers down including Pinli, which seemed to have switched side or has been a spy in the Bandri camp.
sweet epilogue of Collision Course... i hope to read again about Uncle Saso, and all the other future uncles, it will teach a lot to the universe about how caring they can be
