Excellent workout routines, but the recipes veer too carb heavy to be suitable for midlife women who have low carb tolerance.

Stronger and feeling great! My body is absolutely transformed. My back & shoulder pain has lessened because my muscle strength is more supportive.
I have to adjust the times of the HIIT circuits unless someone can tell me how they can start different timers constantly throughout the routine.
