Grifter hasn't been in Tennessee long. He stepped in as president for the Kings of Anarchy, Tennessee Chapter on the fly.
Georgia Cutter caught his eye at once. He wanted her with a hunger inside that he'd never felt before.
Just when he's about to make his move sparks fly--in the form of gunfire.

Grifter will need to figure out who's trying to kill him, and how to keep his woman safe at the same time.
It's a task that would be a lot easier to accomplish if Georgia would cooperate.
Too bad the woman doesn't know the meaning of the word.

I'm just a simple small town country girl, haunted by Alpha Men who talk in my head 24 hours a day.

I knew I wanted to write when it became clear I couldn't be happy with just viewing other people's stories. I always wanted to rewrite them.

Like why did Jack have to die? Why couldn't Rose move her butt over? Because that was a huge piece of wood she was on, people.

Happy Endings should be fought for, but they should always happen. Mine might take some curves and twists, but they eventually get there.

Having published over fifty stories, it always feels surreal that this is my life. Hitting USA Today had me crying for days, but nothing is more special than hearing from readers that they loved one of my books.

What I liked: My favorite character was Nana! That woman had me cracking up. I also like the twist of Georgia(h) having dreams and how Grifter(H) wasn’t scared off by it. Lastly, I loved how Alex apologized.

What I didn’t like: I wanted more. Like what’s up with her dreams….did she always have them??? Also, I know he took care of the ex club girl but would have love to know what they did to her ;)

***Major Spoilers/ Details/Triggers/Tropes: H is the president of a MC, h has dreams of things to come, h is a virgin, insta-love. H is new to town and new to the club. When he gets there he sees the h and right away knows he wants her. H goes to introduce himself to her but she shuts him down when she sees he is part of the MC. H not having any of that goes to see her at her house the next morning. The h’s nana is all for him and helps him out by inviting him to eat breakfast with them. H and h talk and he lets her know he will be picking her up for a date. While saying goodbye, they get shot at. H calls his club to find out who did it. H lets the club know that he is claiming the h. H is told about the h and her dreams by his MC brothers. They tells him how the town is afraid because they think she is a witch. H doesn’t care and still claims her. Later, H takes the h out, after a rough start the h gives in and starts a relationship with the H. When H brings the h to the club, a club girl runs her mouth and the H kicks her out. H and h get to know each other. H makes sure to handle the guy who stated the witch rumor. One night the h’s house is set on fire. H pissed finds out who did it. H takes care of the threat. H and h buy a house with a mother in-law suite for Nana. HEA with the H giving the h her leather cut, they get engaged and the h tells the H she is pregnant.

Final thoughts: This was a great start to new group of brothers. Can’t wait to read C/Candyman’s book.

Grifter and Georgia🥰

Griff arrives in town to take over the Kings of Anarchy MC. When he arrives and first pulls up to the clubhouse, he notices a woman at a building close by and when she looks at him, even though he doesn’t know her name, he admits to himself he’s going to make her his old lady☺️

Georgia, however, is a little more reticent after she’s dealt with the small town and their gossiping ways. Though she thinks Griff is a tad insane for claiming her so quickly, she realises he also makes her feel safe, looks after her and her Nana likes him😉

A wonderful story and I can’t wait to get to know more of the club brothers in this series❣️I received an advanced copy and voluntarily leave my honest review❤️

LOVED IT!!!
I was hooked from the first chapter and quickly devoured the rest.
Is weird to say an MC Book was sweet. IT WAS!
And I couldn't get enough of Nana she was hysterical.
Our big bad fell hard when he saw her.
She was a little slower but eventually knew he was her man.
Through some biker action with a rival cub and this was a fantastic story.
That additional epilogue giving us a peek at the next book has me excited.

Property of Grifter is book 1 of Jordan Marie's new Kings of Anarchy MC series...This may not seem like a big deal...but I can tell you it's a big freaking deal...I've read pretty much everything Ms. Marie has written..and I love pretty much everything she's written...and when I saw this one was the beginning of a new 1% MC series...I was in..Jordan Marie writes really good biker romance...and I've not counted the amount of books she's written..but it's a lot...and they're all excellent books...and Property of Grifter is just her latest proof...💜🌼
New Kings of Anarchy MC president, Grifter, sees his potential soul mate, Georgia...as soon as he arrives in Dreary As Hell, Tennessee to step into the role of president for an established 1% motorcycle club...amid hate and jealousy and club unrest and an ongoing war with a rival club...Georgia is the innocent victim of rumors and lies about her and her Nana...so she's obviously been hurt and has trust issues...but the big, bad biker, Grifter, who feels like he's a little older than Georgia... never pushes her..nor does he ever give up.. 💜🌼
All that goes together to make for a really good book..and an excellent beginning to a new series...I highly recommend Property of Grifter..as I do anything Jordan Marie writes...💜🌼

Grifter is the new president of the Kings of Anarchy MC: Tennessee chapter. He literally steps into chaos practically as soon as he arrives… and I thought it was terrific, too. When he hears Georgia Cutter's laughter, he’s immediately drawn to her. Seeing her clinches the deal—for him.

I love the sense of humour in this book, it balances the serious moments perfectly. Georgia’s nana is an absolute hoot, and her humour reminds me of another of this author’s characters, Ida Sue from the Lucas Brothers series (if you haven’t already read these sensational books, then you are in for a treat). Ida Sue is a total crack-up up and so is Georgia’s nana, she really adds so much colour to the story.

The romance between the two lead characters is a fast-burn one, yet at the same time, they get to know each other in a deeper sense first. I love the way Grifter is so protective of Georgia. “I’ll cherish you for the rest of our lives.”—Griffin says to Georgia, swoon… Georgia has such a kind and caring nature, she is perfect for Griffin.

This story was so good I am already looking forward to the next book, Property of Candyman.

Jordan Marie has struck gold again with the first book of her new Kings of Anarchy MC romance series. Property of Grifter is our introduction to the KOAMC and their little slice of pie known as Dreary As Hell, Tennessee. And of course we begin with the top dog himself – the Prez.
Grifter is the new KOA Tennessee chapter Prez, uprooting his life in Colorado and moving to take over and rebuild the failing club. On his first day in town, he is definitely not expecting to get shot by cupids’ arrow, but fate has other ideas.
Georgia has lived her whole life in Dreary – hence the whispers and nasty jabs about her and her Nana (who btw is freaking hilarious – I love when Jordan writes these characters) – so to say she has trust issues would be an understatement – she ahas also never encountered a man like Grifter before, and lets just say is totally unprepared for the no holds barred, jump in the deep end, YOU ARE MINE, way Grifter pursues her.
This book is sweet, charming, steamy, gritty and of course is an MC so have to throw in a few shoot outs, fires and all-around chaos that comes with a club like this. Loved it, devoured it, cannot wait for the next one bring it on!!!🖤

What an incredible start to this new series! Jordan Marie the Queen of biker romance, brings us this new MC the Kings of Anarchy. You get a great taste of all the men in the club with this first book. But this is Griffin and Georgia’s story and what a story it is.

Griffin is the new president of the club. He is facing blowback from some of the unhappy members and is new in town. He lays eyes on Georgia and wants her immediately. When he makes his move, she’s not interested. Georgia has dreams of present and future events. This makes her very misunderstood and the towns people call her a witch or crazy. So her history with men is non existent.

Of course Griffin doesn’t give her a choice and within a day claims her as his old lady. With a little help from her feisty and amazing Nana ( who should be related to Ida Sue) convinced her to take a chance on him. The rest is history.

The whole storyline is fantastic, there’s definitely big biker business, action and a lot of hard lessons dished out. Which turns this story into an absolutely amazing book.

It was an OK read.
Grifter was too pushy and bulldozed over Georgia which was easy because she was a weak doormat who gave in too easily to her hormones
She seemed proud of that fact, in her mind anyway, that they hadn't had sex right away BUT they WERE having sex it just was not intercourse 🙄🙄. So if she was unsure of his feelings/motives, she blew that by allowing him sexual access to her body even if it wasn't intercourse.
This was a little better in terms of relationship development.
There was a violent scene that I feel went over the top.
There was some minor whore drama in the beginning and what happens later in the book was predictable in who was the perpetrator.
Hey, at least there wasn't a kidnapping! That earned the book an extra star.
Grifter did get better further into the story but Georgia was a disappounting FMC.
I had never read this author before and I might give one of her other series a try to see if she can write a decent FMC. I will not continue with her KOA series because the FMC in the next book already proved she's a weak doormat.

I love it when Jordan releases a new MC series, I'm always very excired. This author knows how to write the best Bikers. 

Grifter has taken over The Kings Of Anarchy Tennesse chapter and the first day he arrived he meets Georiga and lets just say he definetly has her on his mind. 

Damn!! The way he goes after Georgia, lets just say he's possesive, obsessive and impressive. He wants her and nothing will stand in his way. 

Loved Georgia she has a caring and nurturing side and she is the perfect choice for Grifter, she balances out his rough edges. 
I liked her unique little gift, very intriguing

Nanna was an absolute riot, what a character. She had those Bikers eating out the palm of his hand and they all love her. 

A fantastic start to a new series with some delicious new Bikers. I love how we could be getting a bit more of the other MC chapters too. 

Can't wait for Candyman, what the hell have you got yourself into? OMFG!

Welcome to Dreary As Hell. Yes, that's the name. Griffin is the new president of the Kings of Anarchy, MC Tennessee. Georgia lives there with her Nana. OMG, Nana is a hoot. She needs a whole book all her own. Georgia is a painter and does the murals around town on the buildings. With the help of two kids, Lara and Tony. I hope we learn more about them in future books. Griffin falls first, and boy, does he fall hard. I liked that he didn't hide his feelings for Georgia. She was the skittish one, but when you find out why, it makes sense. I also liked that Griffin didn't push or force Georgia for more than she was ready to give. This one has drama, action, MC action, a bit of violence, revenge, and payback. Popcorn, really??? Lol. Oh my goodness, that ending. And I was so wrong on who it was. Jordan Marie is one of my favorite authors, and she nailed it again. I absolutely recommend this book.

Grifter found himself in a new town starting a new chapter not only in a MC but in his life. He had doubts but was ready to take the gamble. This new club had problems, but he was a problem solver. The town seemed a bit low key for all the problems it had. But Grifter had no idea that just minutes after arriving his entire world would be turned upside down by Georgia Cutter. One look, and she was his. She just didn’t know it.

Grifter was trouble in Georgia’s eyes. Gorgeous trouble, but trouble. And he was a bit overly confident. But Grifter seems to be able to make her want more with him. And he’s so good to her grandmother. But a shooting, an instance of jealousy, and fears threaten what they have before they get started.

But nothing will stop Grifter from claiming Georgia and giving her a HEA!

This is the first in a new series, and this is Grifter and Georgia’s story.
Grifter uproots his life and moves to the failing Tennessee Chapter as their new president, where he is met with resistance from some of the members, but the moment he sees Georgia, he knows she belongs to him and the sparks fly. I loved Georgia’s wonderful nana and her sense of humour.
This is a well written easy to read, action packed, raw, and gritty story, with found family, friendships, emotions, danger, suspense, intrigue, challenges, trust issues, humour, witty banter, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, and unpredictable, addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Property of Grifter

This book might have taken me a while to read but it was only because I only had a few hrs a day to read it. I could not put it down for all the action packed adventures inside. Grifter you are a good man to do what you have not only with the club but also with Georgia. Nana I personally want to be you, you remind me of another hilarious character of Jordan Marie’s that I cannot get enough of!! Georgia just embrace your gifts that others are scared of it might just help you in the long run. I personally would love to either have that gift or have a friend that had it. Candyman beware what is in store for you, I cannot wait to see what happens there. Jordan Marie Thank-You again for a WONDERFUL read.

A strong start to a brand-new series!

When Grifter rolls into town to take over as President of the MC, he’s all business—until he spots Georgie. From that moment on, it’s game over in his mind. Georgie, a talented artist living with her grandmother, has no idea what to think of Grifter or the chaos he brings into her quiet life.

Between Grifter’s unexpected help and a very meddlesome (and hilarious) Nana, Georgie is taken on one wild ride. The characters are engaging, the chemistry is undeniable, and the story kept me hooked from start to finish.

I absolutely loved this book and can’t wait to see what comes next in the series. And fingers crossed for a lot more Nana—she completely stole the show!

What a wonderful story! I loved Griff & Georgia! Poor Griff is thrown into some major chaos as soon as he takes over the club. As soon as he hears Georgia’s laugh though, he’s a goner! I loved Georgia and her reactions to Griff are so funny! She’s a sweetheart and has been through a lot but she definitely has her spitfire Nana behind her! Nana is absolutely amazing! These are just some fantastic characters and a wonderful storyline that kept me captivated! A very enjoyable and entertaining story that I very highly recommend! Can’t wait for the next book! This is my honest opinion of this complimentary copy of this book

Grifter & Georgia: triggers- assault, arson, bullying, foster care. so I'm rating this 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Nana alone because she was a whole entire riot and she reminded me of my grandma. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. the story was short and sweet, no real drama, not much spice however most of the book was Grifter fighting for his woman's respect since they had been bad mouthing her, her entire life and he wasn't having that. I wished there was more resolution to that or even more conflict with the town because of that but this is all we get. I'm curious to see how Georgia's dreams with effect this chapter of the KOA and the members. it seems like an interesting concept and I hope J.M. goes deeper into this.

Ok, a bit too “cooky” at times. Especially Nana 🙄. Grifter was very confident and decisive but also sweet. Georgia let him and her own grandma kind of bulldoze her into the relationship. She showed some backbone at points but would eventually cave. Also, not sure how getting shot at in front of her house after only meeting the guy twice was not considered more before she delved into a relationship. Even her Nana questioned the danger he might be bringing to the h’s life (duh) and in the next page she was like oh, he’s hot, let me dress you up like a slut for your date with him. It was bizarre.

Such a sweet couple! Grifter comes to Tennessee to start over and take command of this chapter of the Kings of Anarchy. He had no plans to fall for a sweet, curvy woman at first sight. Georgia doesn't even know what to do with the hot biker when he plants himself in her life, claiming her as his. Grifter sees her wariness and counters it with steadfast devotion. A little intrigue rounds out this fabulous start to a new series. Humor and heart are hallmarks of JM and she never fails to bring us the heat as well. Can't wait to see who falls next!!

Grifter is the new president of The Kings Of Anarchy Tennesse chapter. He literally walks into chaos. But first he sees Georgia and knows she’s his at first sight. Love how protective Griffin is of Georgia. Some of the brothers don’t like that an outsider came in as their new president. So he gets some resistance at first. Nana is a riot. Absolutely love her. I couldn't put the story down, Jordan Marie did a beautiful job on it, the plot was strong so wasn't the characters, all was written well, Grifter and Georgia were perfect together, loved their banter, their chemistry was off the charts, it was steamy, a sexy-sweetness, they were well matched. I enjoyed their journey, they were good together, I'd recommend reading this book, it's great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Griff arrives to be the president of the Kings of Anarchy and he sees Georgia and is smitten. He vows to make her his old lady. But Georgie is hesitant. She feels an attraction but can she accept his MC lifestyle. There is a drive by and Griff protects Georgia with his body. They both survive and Georgia realizes how much he loves her . She finally realizes that she is also in love with him. I loved how Jordan writes characters that are broken but find each other. Loved this book!

What a great start to a new MC series. Grifter was all about his club and brothers until he heard laughter from a distance. Once he set eyes on the woman that angelic sound came from he was on a mission. Make Georgia Cutter his but she doesn't make it easy for him. Cue in her spunky Nana and Georgia doesn't stand a chance of resisting Grifter. You'll enjoy the ride

Don't stop Dreaming

Grifter never imagined that he would become a Prez for the KOAMC let alone find the love of his life. Georgia, is a gifted woman with a heart big enough for the man that has come to town.
I loved the instalove story of these two. Plus the way that the new Prez handles his feelings for the club and Georgia. The characters and the plot all work smoothly together. Which makes this a five star read for me. I can't wait to read what comes next.

Grifter & Georgia

I was swept right up and into this MC world. It has just the slightest bit of paranormal to it and I’m here for it. Grifter is hit by Cupid’s arrow the moment he hears Georgia’s laughter. And then he sees her and he is an absolute goner. It takes a while for her to believe his motives are true because she’s been hurt before. She’s sweet and innocent and he’s not. They are so good together. And her Nana! Love them all! I can’t wait for Candyman’s story!

This book was good! I thoroughly enjoyed it and had to finish it once I started. Once Griff, a.k.a. Grifter met Georgia that was it. He was trying to find ways to make her his. This is a really good start to a new series/MC. I am looking forward to reading more books in the series and seeing what happens next.

Great start to a new series!

I absolutely loved Grifter & Georgia’s story. Hot Nana will keep you laughing while Griff makes you swoon with his love & care for his Georgie. I really enjoyed this book & that bonus epilogue … well, I can’t WAIT until March to see what Candyman is going to do in book 2!

Griff has his work cut out for him when he spots Georgia and decides she is his. Because at first Georgia doesn’t agree. But as the book progresses and the danger is clear. The passion and the drama kicks up and you are left with a story you can’t put down. This is a great start to this series and i can’t wait to read the next.

Talk about insta-love! Griff and Georgie are fantastic characters. Griff is maneuvering his way through becoming President and dealing with some upsets. Seeing Georgie on that first day set his path in a new direction. And I loved the little psychic twist! I can’t wait for C’s story as I have a feeling it’s going to be an interesting one!
