Betty White was a staple of the American entertainment scene for literal decades. She was on multiple highly-rated TV shows, was a regular on several classic game shows, guested on dozens of TV shows, and even made one of the most popular Super Bowl commercials of all time.

This short e-book gives the outline of her nearly 70 year career. It's pretty much a "just the facts" sort of book due to the limitations of this book series. Eech history and biography published by Hourly History is designed to be read in about an hour and the sheer length of Betty White's career means that the depth of this biography is fairly limited.

Even if it is limited, I still found this biography to be enjoyable. I rate this e-book 4 stars our of 5.

Betty White’s career spanned more than sixty years. She was on sitcoms, game shows and more. Generations of viewers are familiar with her.

The book was a pleasant read. Betty White came across as likable and had a sense of humor. She also knew what she wanted to do with her life and was very focused.

This 59-page bio covers the highlights of Betty White’s life. She passed a few weeks before her 100th birthday. She loved to work and was on several hit shows and was in one of my favorite movies. It seemed like she was everywhere. She loved animals. Good job packing nearly 100 years into a concise bio.

I really enjoyed this book. Betty White always made me laugh it was her love of animals that first drew me to her. Hard to believe that was nearly fifty years ago. And this book really did an excellent job of paying a tribute to a really beautiful person.

A most enjoyable read about an entertainer who was popular from the mid-20th century to the second decade of the 21st century. This hourly history gives a wonderful overview of Betty White's career from the early days of radio, television, and various movie rolls along with the challenges she faced in life, love and death.

Everyone enjoyed her antics and funny characters throughout her life. She did a few outstanding performances in serious roles.

Betty White is one of those Hollywood stars one loves to read about; she was upbeat and a lovely person. I was unaware of her two previous marriages (before Allen Ludden). They were a lovely couple and I was saddened when Allen died. This is a nice overview of a genuinely nice person.
