LOVED IT! From beginning to end. I can't say enough about KR Bankston. My heart was racing the entire time I was reading. Mr. Dezi G. is the best there is. He leaves nothing to chance. WOW is an understatement. Honestly I was holding off reading it until I could get my excitement under control (lol) but I couldn't wait to read it. This book took me a high and I didn't want to come down. The mystery takes hold of the reader and keeps him/her guessing until the very end.
Yes, if you have not read anything from KR Bankston, you are truly missing a treat.
Thing problem with new or hot authors is Complacency ... The first three novels are vivid in my mind yet this was a grasp .. So review stated the Norsemen day " GODFATHER " that again is a stretch.. Thinking of Gianni brings to mind Romello from "SugarHill " but again the levels of success seem stifled at best. This was a disappointment after ALL the laborious maneuvering the DEVASTATOR took to get to KAYLA.. Definitely should borrow
I actually finished this awhile back. I can remember that the story was equally exciting as the previous novels. The ending was a little abrupt but left with questions... Will there be another novel in this Jackie Collins "Lucky's" series type novel? What's next for the "Devastator?"
As always great. Kr Bankston is one of my favorite authors and she never lets me down. This whole series is great but you must start from the beginning.
