Keep your face always toward the sunshine, and whatever that may be in the shadows that do not serve you will fall behind you. Do not allow people to dim your shine because they are blinded.

Be sure to live your life courageously with passion and discipline. Your dreams can be the pilot to your goals. When you have a dream, you've got to grab it and never let go. Eventually, success will come.

Life has got a lot of twists and turns.
You've got to hold on tight but when you are in your rocking chair talking to your grandchildren many years from now, be sure you have a good story to tell.

Jason Griffin created the artwork for My Name Is Jason. Mine Too, written by Jason Reynolds. He’s an artist and master collaborator, who has shown his art in major cities all over the world. His most recent projects include a commissioned mural for the children’s cancer wing at Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx, as well as a residency at the new contemporary art museum in Amsterdam, Het HEM. He currently creates in Queens, New York.
