I’m sitting with that familiar feeling after finishing something rare: I want more.

Without spoiling anything, Surrender to Gravity resonated with me in a deeply personal way. It isn’t simply “about love” in the conventional sense—it’s about what love exposes: grief, longing, tenderness, shame, hope, and the slow, honest work of healing. The writing feels intimate and purposeful, like each piece is asking you to pause and actually feel what you usually rush past.

What I appreciated most is how the book invites self-discovery without preaching. It holds space for the messiness of being human—especially in relationships—while still offering a quiet kind of light. If I had to compare it to anything, it gave me a similar reflective pull to Paulo Coelho’s The Alchemist, but in a more lyrical, poetic form, with a stronger focus on connection and emotional truth.

The guy at the bookstore highly recommended this. I agree it was really good. I marked quite a few of them. I do not think the book cover goes with the book. If it was up to me just looking at whether I woulda bought it. I wouldn't and that's a shame because the inside is really great.
