Hosts of the hit podcast Reading Glasses bring you the only reading journal you’ll ever need, designed to help booklovers read, rant, and reflect with undeniable ease. No-stress. No-pressure.
Brea and Mallory, passionate bibliophiles, and hosts of the Reading Glasses podcast are not too shy to admit that the book-lovers community can easily get a bit snobby and pretentious. Many people with the desire to read get lost in the smog of countless sources commanding how much you should be reading and what you must keep on your shelves. Take in a breath of fresh air with The No-Pressure Book Journal. This journal is carefully designed to help people read better by finding and achieving their reading goals without any guilt, shame, or pressure.
Along with plenty of space to track your reading, The No-Pressure Book Journal offers unique prompts, thoughtful essays on reading topics (like how to “dump” a book when you just aren’t feeling it, without a hint of remorse!), and dedicated sections to record all your exciting and insightful reading reflections. This is the perfect journal for readers—from those who speed through their TBR lists on the regular, to those who just thought, what is a TBR list?
Elevate your reading and writing life, on your own schedule and at your own pace, with The No-Pressure Book Journal.

I absolutely LOVE this book journal. First off, it might be the most beautiful book I own. The art is gorgeous, and the texture of the cover is amazing. It even has a pocket in the back and a tassel bookmark. Second, it is full of all of the hot book tips you have come to love from Reading Glasses. My book arrived in the mail today and I only intended to thumb through it, but I ended up completely engrossed and read the entire thing in a sitting. I can't wait to read it again, savor it more slowly and to complete all the exercises. Brea and Mallory always make me feel so good about reading. I always appreciate the reminders that reading is meant to be fun, not a chore, and that all books are real books.
Just finished the non-fiction section of this lovely book journal, and wow -- I gotta say, I am excited to venture back into reading more again. The way Brea and Mallory treat reading feels so light and pure. There's no stress around the topic at all, and that came through their tone in this. Very nice and easy reading. And what freedom to let go of guilt, stress, and shame! Thanks, guys! I am so excited and stoked and am feeling accomplished already!
So delightful! I'm not one to track my reading in physical form, but I bought this to support two of my favorite podcast hosts and to enjoy the essays at the front of the books (which are GREAT). And now I'm happy to have this as an object d'art; it's a lovely book with beautiful illustrations, and I'm thrilled to be able to refer back to some of Brea and Mallory's reading wisdom. Plus if I want to start a physical tracker one day, I have a great one to use!
Since this is a journal with space to update reading progress and TBR, marking it as finished does not mean I am done using it. I have finished reading all the essays and the journal parts about my reading habits. This journal really helped me to get back into reading after the biggest reading slump I have ever had in my life!
