Busting Loose

Rugged cowboys and sassy women. . .sexy! --USA Today bestselling author Donna Kauffman

Bea Muldoon is more than most men can handle. . .

. . .Which is probably why it's best the big city beauty hasn't been back to her small South Dakota ranching town since her teens. But with family business to take care of, the out-of-work actress is now strutting around in her stilettos, stirring up all kinds of trouble--especially with a certain ruggedly handsome hometown man. . ..

Morgan Browning is in a bind. . .

. . .And it seems the only woman who can help is Bea. He claims it has nothing to do with her long, lovely legs, but really why would the town vet hire her to run his office? It could be something in the way Bea sweet-talks every man--and beast--who crosses her path. Or it could be that Morgan can't resist wrangling a woman who's intent on making a getaway--especially when he can see the country girl beneath the glamour. . .

Bea turned out to be the strength I saw hidden in the other books. Morgan didn’t come across as anything but nerdy to me in the other books and halfway through this book. It took a bit but good pairing and good end to series.

I give "Busting Loose" 4.5 stars!

Beatrice Muldoon, (Bea), comes off ditzy and helpless. Everyone thinks she is just another pretty face, being as she is a star in L.A. Everyone but Morgan that is. He sees more to Bea and knows that what most people see, is exactly was Bea wants them to. She doesn't want people to know she is more than what they THINK she is.
Bea finds exactly what she needs is the form of Dr. Morgan Browning with his vet clinic and shelter. And lets not forget about little Milton! Her baby she rescued from Morgan's shelter. The relationship that forms between Bea and Morgan is flametastic. Bea thinks its a "just-for-now" thing. While Morgan tries to show Bea what she would be missing should she leave their small town of Marshall.

I totally LOVED the going on's between Morgan and Bea. They are just to freakin' cute together. I enjoyed the nerdy vet falling for the beautiful starlet! and vice versa. Loved these guys from the get-go and was cheering them on. Even when others weren't! :)

This story was the perfect example of that old saying if you love someone let them go, if they come back... yadda yadda.... though Morgan Browning was willing to let Bea Muldoon go back to LA, in the end he kind of changed his mind, and decided to beg her to stay with him instead, lucky for him Bea already decided that LA wasn't as important to her as it originally was.

This was a very cute story though it was mostly about Bea's relationship with her family, a kind of see what I can really do and I just never let you see cause you wouldn't believe it anyway and so there... and Morgan was mostly the one who was kind of just there slowly falling love with her as she made those step in her life.

No real major drama but it was okay, because Bea was a joy to read about and Morgan was a DREAM you want to have... one of those sweet, sensitive, smart, patient guys that just doesn't exist in real life... well at least not in mine.

I won an ARC of this... and am soooo happy! I. loved this book! Bea is not your typical Heroine in stories.... she has a ditzy shallow reputation that she intentionally cultivates... and Morgan? He is like my dream man.... he is hot sexy nerdy... my kinda guy.. a bit stumbling in life, but know his way around the bedroom... the fact that these two main characters are so out of the norm for books makes it all the more memorable and intriguing... read this book... you will smile through the whole thing! Thanks Kat!

Nice story--the nerd and the actress trope. Quite enjoyable. It's the third in a series, so maybe some of the family relations are more obvious in earlier stories. This is where they get resolved, or mostly-- I would start with the third... I liked it.

Awesome Romance

I really enjoyed this book because the characters develop a very dedicated relationship between them and they bond together in a true romantic way.
