Great read

Bloodlines of New Orleans was a heartfelt book. A centuries old rivalry between the Corbin Witches and the Duvall Vampires. Both are the most powerful of their kinds. Through the centuries a lot of blood had been shed. For some reason unknown to them, they are fated to be together.
Alara Corbin meets Ronan Duvall and both instantly feel a pull towards each other. They try to fight the pull, but find it useless to. They decide to embrace the bond and stand together. When dangers much worse than family backlash arise...
This is Book 1 in the series, and does end on a cliffhanger.
BOOKS 1 &2 are available on Kindle Unlimited.

This was an intriguing and enjoyable read. I love anything to do with Vampires and Witches and this had both!!!

It was very atmospheric, set in New Orleans French quarter, and is a story of forbidden love between the heir of the Vampires , Ronan Duvall and the most powerful witch of the Corbin family, Elara. They go against their families wishes and break all the rules to be together but the bond between them is just too powerful and dangerous to resist.

I do wish we could have learnt of how Ronan and Elara first met and have backstory on them but with the action, intense storyline and spicy scenes, this was a great book. Looking forward to reading the next in the series.

The bond between the couple was strong and I rooted for them to find a way to make a future together. I appreciated the involvement of the different characters and how their gifts helped the vampire and witch see where their path was going to lead and support them throughout. However, I felt like I was reading the same page over and over as I went along in this story. What everyone said and thought was just way too repetitive for my liking.

Great Book!

I loved this book, and I am so excited to read the rest of the series! If you're looking for a vampire/Witch romance, this one is a good one. Just a great storyline and suspense and the steamy scenes... wow!

Steamy, moody, and totally addictive. I loved the forbidden tension between Ronan and Elara, vampire and witch with undeniable chemistry. The New Orleans setting made it even more magical. If you’re into paranormal romance with heat and high stakes, this one delivers.
