Fascinating. Look forward to trying out the numerous suggestions that this book offers. One caution: Do not try to read this book in one sitting. And take notes, especially if, like me, you are reading it to help improve a poor memory.

Some excellent suggestions, but gets a bit overwhelming. As with so many others, the food supplement section is insane, or I would be insane if I tried to follow it. Generally the usual advice re exercise, eating well & keeping stress levels down.

A pretty basic intro to brain functioning, but useful laying out of various methods of brain improvement in various areas (creativity, emotional awareness, memory, multiple intelligences, etc) for further research. Useful bibliography.
