I read this with my six year old, and we both had a really great time! There's a lot of silliness, plus a few proper laugh out loud moments. It has some heart to it as well, but mostly it's just a series of short, funny adventures that come together to make one big adventure for one little frog.

This is so cute. I follow Paige on Instagram and was excited when I found out a book was coming out! I love these characters, that poor snail froggy thinks is delivering mail to his family, a fish called fishtopher! All the delightful monsters. Loved it.

My favorite online comic turned into a book? Yes please!
Exactly as wholesome as the online format and with all the usual pals. It was adorable, sassy, and full of beautiful artwork that I could spenf hours just staring at.

Froggy leaves home for the first time and goes on a bunch of adventures!

If you (or your kid) likes Batcat, they'll like this book. There is an omnipotent narrator and a cute but sassy main character who meets a bunch of delightful pond dwellers and goes on many adventures. It's several short stories loosely tied together, which occasionally leads to abrupt endings, but still delightful. And it has dyed edges!

I am currently reading the web comic, so of course, I had to get this, and I was able to get it for Christmas! The art is amazing, with so many details of other little bugs and critters (not to mention just beautiful overall). The writing is interesting, engaging, and humorous, including the various characters and their roles. Froggy's interactions with everyone are so funny and sweet. 😊

It is such a nice, soft change of pace from the things I have had to read for university (or just current events), and I really appreciate such a narrative and art. I will definitely be reading this again and again, and I highly recommend this to others! A wonderful story from a wonderful web comic by a wonderful creator!

Froggy has hilarious and sometimes touching or annoying adventures around his pond. This looks like a book for kids, and it would be fine for kids, but there's a lot of humor and found family and character quirks that really appeal to any age. I've been reading this on Webtoons, and if I see there's a new episode of Froggy up, I save it for the last of the Webtoons I read that day so I end my reading on a cheerful, comforting note.

This was a super fun chapter graphic novel. I would say this is a bridge between early chapter/harder chapter books since it often feels like they jump from early to middle grade. The concepts are what makes it on the more challenging side. The narrator is snarky in a fun and appropriate way and froggy is just so full of naive spunk and has a decent amount of character growth for such a short book.

Reviewing for work:
Very adorable, some good themes such as; finding independence away from parents, creating your own family full of unexpected well meaning characters, importance of community, having your friends backs etc. All dealt with in a very easy, digestible way without any fear holding Froggy back. Loved the humour, where the narrator banters back and forth with Froggy. Absolutely well done!

This high-energy, wonderfully colorful graphic novel will delight young comics fans. Froggy's adventures are full of action and humor but are always age-appropriate.

There are a variety of good messages throughout, including a humane education message about leaving wild creatures in the wild when Froggy must find bravery within when his friend is captured and removed from the pond.

Paige Walshe has the most charming way of telling a story. Her illustrations are so adorable and calming. Her narration and dialog are hilarious and delightful. I loved every moment of this story about Froggy and his pond friends. I hope for more tales of them in the future!

My one and a half year old has been yelling Froggy for the past few days to request reading this book. Needless to say we both loved the book.

I will definitely be getting a few of the older children in my life a copy. 🐸
