An entertaining second chance short read that has beautifully written characters who were teenage lovers meeting again fifteen or so years later, the chemistry is still strong, Sara is single and can’t believe her new neighbour is her first love, that shattered her heart, Ethan, she couldn’t believe the feelings seeing him again bought up, feelings she long thought she was over!
It’s not all simple though, Sara and Ethan face unexpected challenges in their pursuit of their HEA.

A Love Rising from the Ashes -
If you are looking to escape your real life for a few hours, then I am happy to recommend this fantastic page turner with lots of drama, a big humour and some steamy moments. I am sure you will enjoy this book just as much as I did and be happy to recommend it. This is new author to me and I must say it was an enjoyable experience reading this book.

It started off great and kept me engaged initially, but the flow became hard to follow toward the end. I found Sara’s character frustrating, she never really listened to Ethan and seemed to complicate everything unnecessarily. Her actions didn’t sit well with me, and because of that, I ended up skipping several paragraphs in the last few chapters.

This is a quick short read about a second chance relationship made messy by an ex wife. The characters were likeable and I enjoyed it.
