Mine To Take: An Obsessive Stalker Dark Romance by Kelani Knox. Naya is a trauma ER nurse. After a hard night shift in the ER, she ends up getting kidnapped by Ryker. One of Ryker's men is hurt, and he needs a doctor. He can't take him to the hospital, so his next best thing is to kidnap a trauma nurse. For some reason, Naya has already been on his radar, and he just happens to luck out. What started out as a job of necessity turns into so much more. Not only is Naya a trauma nurse, but she is highly skilled,meticulous, and highly intelligent but sweet,kind, and sexy as sin. Naya is shocked at what has happened to her. However, her compassion as a nurse allows her to make the best of the situation. In Ryker's line of work. He keeps Naya very busy. However, the sexual attraction the two feel has clouded both their judgment. Due to Ryker's profession, there was more to this story than the kidnapping and sexual tension. It's a really good story with suspense and intrigue. A real cat and mouse. The way the author told the story had me hooked, and the feelings between Naya and Ryker were a steady build-up to a really sweet, nice, and sexual relationship. 4 stars for me.

A slow burn romance
TI like reading this book, even though it was a slow burn romance, and I really don’t care much for those type of books. But the chemistry between these two was had o much pull on me that I couldn’t help but enjoy reading it
The only issue I have with this book is two things.
First and this one is the biggest, it’s not explained what happen to Dino.
It leaves readers to think that he must’ve died, or maybe he was able to escape. This had me confused thinking I must’ve read to fast and missed a part.
But no, there is no information on what could’ve happen to him, which is frustrating. It left a bad taste in my mouth to think justice will not be served.
The second issue is if there is no book for Aliyah and Jackson. I would love to read about these two. And I hope there is a book for me to get my hands on.

. This was an enjoyable, fast read. The main characters, Ryker and Naya, met under dubious circumstances. He kidnapped her while she was leaving her nursing job to replace his deloused doctor. Based on the way the story was set up, it seems that Ryker had been stalking her for some time, though maybe not because he kidnapped Naya and then refused to let her go when she had done what he had asked. Things get hot and heavy quickly between them amid cyber-attacks and bullets flying. Again, this is a quick, enjoyable read, as the plot is intelligent and engaging on the first page, and the sexy times are very arousing.

It takes a lot to be able to tell a story, this one had so much potential but it lacked a lot of character development, the plot fell flat, and I hate invisible timelines. There are millions of words in the dictionary and these are the ones you chose to keep using “Cataloging” “steel” “precise movements” “heat” “dark skin” “primal” “would make most men.” “Rougher than intended” “sharper than intended” “words taste like ash”. Maybe I wasn’t the target audience for this. Generally will give 1.5 ⭐️ the spice also 1.5 🌶️

This is the story of Rykers a criminal king and a tech billionaire who when he gets injured kidnaps a nurse and that is Naya and orders her to help him so he can heal. When he gets better Naya thinks she can leave again but nothing is further from the truth because Rykers has no intention of ever letting her go. He develops an obsession with her. A great story with enough steam and romance..

I’m wondering if I read the same book as all these 4 star reviews. The story is about a. It’s who’s kidnapped by a cyber crime boss. They pine for each other while he defends his empire and she works on his soldiers for nearly 200 pages. This book could have been a chapter. I DNF at 61% from boredom.

Ryker and Naya— Well once you get over the kidnapping thing in the beginning. It begins to be a pretty good story to read. Thing that brothers about reading the book is that l never found out what happened to the other people who were kidnapped. Or what happened to Dino. Or why they didn’t find the second Traitor. But otherwise a good story anyway.

okay but couldn’t get past….
Nice read but the biggest distraction was the skill set of the lead character which is inaccurate in the real world. If the author had specified certain surgical training to develop the character, the fact that the ER nurse knew to perform surgery wouldn’t have been such a glaring discrepancy.

An interesting read
I do like Naya and her growing relationship with Ryker. But it frustrates me that there are a number of issues left unresolved. What happened to Dino? Is Zhang alive or dead!
Great suspense and slow build up of chemistry!! Some editing issues could alao be lookwd ay. But i e joyed the read

Like What Am I Reading?
I get this is supposed to be a slow burn but this was terrible. The setting the characters everything was happening and you don’t know why. Ryker never stalked her he just kidnapped her after her shift. This book was not for me.

This was such a fun and easy read. Perfect when you're in the mood for the lighter side of dark romance. Ryker took Naya a nurse leaving work to save one of his men's lives. He kept her because he couldn't live without her.

Hard to follow story line
The timeline is very confusing. What I thought was months, was days. It left many things unexplained. A kidnapping with no police involvement or even mentioned. My first book from the author and so far unimpressed.

This was an amazing read for me, action, heat, suspense, even though I figured out who. Beauty and Brains, what more could he ask for in a woman! There’s just something about an ALPHA man who can take care of ALL your needs, sign me up please.
