Red was sold to Mercury when she was born. As the years pass she feels like in a holding pattern. She met and fell in love with a human man. When she finds she's pregnant with his child, he falls to his death. Now she's taking the ship to Mercury hoping to hide her pregnancy.
Gasper is the Alpha King. He wants a mate not just any female. After a flight in his dragon form he returns to the castle to see a human female. She flees just as his dragon says Mate.
Now the two need to try to get on the same page.She knows nothing about shifters or mates. She's just worried about her baby. He wants her because she is his mate. Danger threatens from an unforeseen source. He needs to protect her and her baby. Then they discover a secret that will knock their wolf on it's axis. Will they survive the threats? Will she finally be accepted as the future alpha queen?
A beautiful story that will keep the reader enthralled.

Red's life is in turmoil. Sold to Mercury from birth, in a moment of weakness, she made love to her boyfriend. Now, pregnant, her boyfriend dead from a workplace accident and on a ship to Mercury, she is truly uncertain about her future. Or, if indeed she has one.

Gasper has quelled the uprising but unrest still bubbles under the surface. In need of a mate he can't believe his luck when she turns up as one of the new human females to arrive from Earth.

A thoroughly enjoyable story with a strong female lead, a commanding alpha shifter king, potentially ruinous secrets, betrayals, fights to the death and sweet steamy passion. Fantastic series.

Sold to Mercury book four in the author’s Sold To series is an intriguing Sci-Fi Romance
that follows the fate of its MFC Red who had been sold to the planet Mercury at birth, and now having reached adulthood is being shipped off to the planet from Earth.
MMC King Alpha Gasper of Mercury has need of a mate to secure his rule and after first meeting Red he knows who that mate will be.
An entertaining story of shifters, magic, secrets, spice, adventure, steam, and intrigue with nice world building, writing, and characters the narrative delivered a highly entertaining read.

The Fate of a Female . . .

On Earth, the females will become a breeder or be sold. Red was sold to Mercury as a baby, and when she grew up and is actually sent to Mercury, she will become housekeeper for the royal family. But apparently when King Alpha Gasper, a dragon shifter, needs a mate to assert his role as ruler, his attention turns to Red. Will he choose her? Or will his fear of civil war in the city make him hesitate?

With likable characters and a strong storyline, the book will provide plenty to hold your attention along the journey to find out Red’s fate.

Red was sold to the planet Mercury as part of an agreement to help with population control on Earth. Red wasn’t going to stay with her first love before he was tragically killed. She was left pregnant before she boarded her ride to Mercury. She was going to keep her head down but she caught the eye of King Alpha Gasper. He recognized her as his mate. He is also dealing issues on Mercury. Will they be able to have a happily ever after?

Red is finally on her way to Mercury but she has a big secret. As a housekeeper for the Alpha King, Gasper, she never thought she would attract his attention but her secret could cause problems for both of them and with treachery and betrayal around them more surprises are in store for them. I really enjoyed this story. Red is a strong, feisty character and it was good to see that within all the women. Lots of drama and spice with a HEA that will melt your heart.

When the time comes for Red to travel to Mercury finds she is already pregnant.
Red had been sold to Mercury at birth and when she is over twenty-one she will go to Mercury to work or become mates of the males. Red had a lover who dies just weeks before she gets the call to go. She unfortunately also finds she is pregnant. She is fearful of the future when she is found to be pregnant.

These characters have unique personalities, believable interactions, and complicated histories. This is another fun read for the series and I enjoyed follow Red and King Gasper to their HEA. These two had so much to go through, though, so expect a wild reading ride. With lots of drama, betrayal and twists, I was rooting hard for them to get that happy ending ;) So fun and I'm hopeful for more books set in this series :D

A very good read. Enjoyed the location and all the shifter characters. Not much shifting in the book. That was not the focus but just the fact they were shifters. With Red know she was going to another planet she still fell for a human, but when he died she still followed through and went to the new planet for better or worse. Gasper the new king of the planet has a lot of messes to fix up. Thus was almost an instant love with them. I do wish there was more descriptions of people and the planet in the book. There was lots of characters but not confusing. Their names were different enough you could remember who was who. There was bedroom action and plenty of drama too. I enjoyed this read and will look up the other books in this series so I can read all about the other planets too.
