The timing is terrible. her boyfriend has been ghosting her, and her best friend thinks he's cheating. A coming blizzard means that once she arrives, she can't leave. Some creep's been texting her disturbing photos she doesn’t understand. and worst of all, her folks are acting strange. They're hiding something, and Miranda has no idea what it is.
What Miranda discovers at the cabin will leave her gasping for breath, giving "surviving winter break" a whole new meaning.

I love this book and I want more! It's a little different from what I've been reading lately, but J.T always writes great books..he did not disappoint with this one Some parts I thought I figured out the plot until I read further,it kept changing.. you might think you know what's going to happen, but you don't. Anyone who complains and said they can't be bothered to finish the book is obviously not an avid reader and should stick to movies(they probably wouldn't finish those either) This book is definitely not predictable,it's a good fun read
• Winter setting/vibe. • Very atmospheric. • Well written plot and characters. • Fast paced and has really thrilling plot twists. • There were some insane moments, unbelievable/ridiculous decisions done by the main characters but it made the story kick. • TW for drugs, SA, abuse for those who got easily triggered by these subjects.
Wow!!!! So twisty! Claustrophobic aura and such a feeling of dread...I loved it! At first, the viewpoint changes interrupted the flow a bit for me, but then, I really got into it. This was a GOOD READ!! Just be ready to do nothing but read this book!
What a thrill ride! Each reveal or twist drew me in deeper than the last. Great read, will give you winter level chills even if reading on a warm summer day.
