Love, magic and dragons
I loved, loved this final book in this trilogy. I fell head first into the story and was equally desperate to read it all at once and also to savor it and make it last. The storyline was imaginative, the main characters were real and relatable, the writing was captivating and the world building phenomenal woven together scene by scene, layer by layer until it became a living breathing place full of three dimensional beings. Zoe is a witch and talented singer and musician. A year ago using gold dust to catapult her band to fame nearly killed her. She’s been clean for a year but her life still is messy and hard and magic is out of her reach. Seb is an executive with Full Throttle, a record label. He’s also a Taurus dragon shifter and a dragon warrior with the Zodiac Brotherhood. Just when he enters his alignment month, the organization of wealthy humans who are sworn to kill dragons, the Saint’s Order, is becoming even more aggressive towards dragons. Seb reaches out to Zoe to assist the Brotherhood in combatting the Order’s deadly rings with her magic. Of course, things do not go smoothly with that plan but the journey to their HEA is a swoony and nail biting journey of evil, goodness, mystery, danger, baggage unpacking, healing, and life path rearranging. The story includes all that you’d expect from this genre - fighting, dangerous situations, paranormal creatures, evil entities, henchmen, loyal friends and family, tragic back stories, mystical coincidences, snark, mystery, secrets, betrayal, revelations, spice, and laughs. I loved this storyline, the dragons and the world so i am sorry to see the end of the series. 4.5 stars.

Could not put this down. Rags to riches. Sexy dragon. War with the Saint’s Brotherhood. Lots of magic. The effects of drug abuse and the way to a cure. Great story
