Roni Paitchel Denholtz is an award-winning author who has had stories, articles and poetry published in magazines such as Modern Romances, True Love, Baby Talk, Complete Woman, For the Bride and Women's Circle. Will love the second time around for Lindsay and Brian work or will they strike out? Lightning Strikes Anew is a wonderful paranormal romance from start to finish. One of my favorite tropes is second chance romance and Roni Denholtz delivers with Lightning Strikes Anew. The world-building is flawless as is the romance. The descriptive narration had me on the edge of my seat while reading. These characters are addictive to read and make this book shine.

Let’s start with the characters. This series is character-driven, and each book features a pair of people who have something in common. Lightning strikes in more ways that physically. Both Lindsay and Brian are well-written and relatable. The second chance element weaves between these two. I kept rooting for this couple while reading.

The world-building is exceptional and exactly what I expect from Roni Denholtz. Her vision and imagination flows through the world-building. I couldn’t stop reading.

Then there’s the romance. The emotions play a tug of war between Lindsay and Brian. There’s plenty of swoony moments to savor. A fabulous romance to feast upon.
