Really insightful and interesting read into the multiple facets of inner child healing.

There were many aspects of the inner child that I wouldn't have even thought about, and this book has really helped me to not only find an understanding of my own inner child, but also opened my mind up to a different perspective and ways to approach different life situations, starting with inner child work.

Having this insight towards my own inner child has helped highlight how others’ childhoods may have affected their approach to different situations, and helped me understand how others may not always react the same way I would. This has further helped me with my own communication skills, and the relationships I have with both myself and other people in my life.

I would really recommend this book to everyone, not just anyone who is looking to improve their relationships with themself or others, as even just the general person who may be happy with where they are in life, may find that this book could highlight interesting things you may not have ever thought about or considered.
