There’s a few good anecdotes and if you’ve listened to the podcast since house of rugby started, it’s interesting to hear the story of how they transitioned but other than that, I’d just recommend reading ‘what a flanker’
Not sure about The Good, The Bad & The Rugby - it should be called The Sycophant, The Sycophant and The Sycophant. The whole book is a series of reminisces from the points of view of each of three blokes writing about how great each of the other two are.
There are a couple of mildly amusing anecdotes, enhanced where the three have different memories of the same incident.
If you want inappropriately funny rugby stories, pick out Haskel's 'What a Flanker' which he shamelessly plugs throughout this book. It's better.
I laughed out loud reading some of this - rugby stories are something else! The honesty, the insights, not just about rugby but about themselves, and the matches & players all make it a really enjoyable read.
