This book had me at the word "beast'! I found this book to be a fun read. The characters could have been rounded out more and there are questions that beg to be asked, but I was still drawn to the series. I don't really understand the lesbian undertones though. They really don't add anything to the plot and at times it's down-right confusing.

I like that Crystal is a take charge kind of girl, even when she doesn't know what she is doing.

Part One of this series is a great teaser. I liked getting to know the characters and very interested in knowing what happens next according to the Part Two blurb. In saying that and knowing this will be written in several parts, I kinda wished I waited for the whole thing. But again, I did know what I was getting myself into.

I'm too old for this type of teenage situation and talk and cliche stories. I just wasn't the correct audience for this that's all. Maybe if I was 6 or 7 years younger I would've enjoyed this. The suspenseful writing was great though!!

What a great star a knight in shinning armed hank is to Crystal could be a spark there and to see in future happen if they can get rid if beast and that Stephanie not liking her. Lobe Beth she funny. Think these parts are gunna be good
