CODENAME PANDA
Following an apocalyptic confrontation between the USA and China, the year previously when US Intelligence uncovered a Chinese plan to attack the USA with nuclear EMP bombs, the kind that don't kill people or damage infrastructure, in 6 days time on the 4th of July, the White House went into rapid response mode.
Using their own nuclear EMP weapons, the USA cleverly attacked China on the day before their planned attack on the USA and stopped WW3 from happening, leaving the massive Chinese war machine in disarray with their electronics decimated.
Now, one year later, US Intelligence received news from a disgruntled Chinese operative of another planned secret, retaliatory terrorist attack against the USA by China, to be organized by their top Chinese 'Ghost' terrorist codenamed 'The Panda.
All the whistleblower knew was that The Panda was already in the USA, heading for New York with no details of his exact location. the target or location of the attack, only the attack date, in 8 days time, which would once again be surprisingly the 4th of July.
Consequently, White House security specialists Jake and Sarah Harrigan, scramble to not only find The Panda and his team, but also stop any nastiness they may be planning.
Finally, on a heart-stopping night in New York, Jake and Sarah finally realize the full magnitude of the planned Chinese attack as they race against the clock to avoid further escalation towards Armageddon by the two super powers.
