What a delightful story! My heart is full and I didn’t want it to end. Everleigh wants a forever “Daddy” but is afraid for fear of getting hurt. But Dr. Leo has a soft spot for her and wants to make her his. He just has to convince her of that fact! I enjoyed their witty banter so much so I laughed out loud. Also how patient and caring Leo was with Everleigh as they explored this new relationship. They definitely belong together!

A captivating read with great characters and a wonderful plot which holds your attention
Dr Leo Callahan is all that Everleigh has ever dreamed of in her dream of a perfect daddy especially as she knows that it is essential that she continues to hold down the job that she loves, working at the clinic ius like being one great big family and the interaction she has with the other staff is family and not work.
At the clinic Dr Darling is a Honorary title that is automatically handed to the head of the clinic, the work they carry out is very important and necessary. Their various experiences with the numerous specialised medical things they encounter and treat as efficiently as they are able to for patients including those in the BDSM lifestyle.
When things start to get a little too much for Everleigh she realises that she needs a Daddy in her life but after her last relationship it is not an easy thing to do, giving up all of her trust to a man that might possibly hurt her again.
Dr Leo Callahan and she have been good work colleagues and a now are embarking on a closer relationship and adults together.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.

Quick and enjoyable read

Darling Little Leelee is the second book in the Doctor Darling's Clinic series and is a quick and enjoyable read. It tells the story of Everleigh, a nurse at the clinic, who has a major crush on one of the doctors, Leo. Everleigh struggles to trust Leo’s interest in her because of past heartbreak, so she responds by being extremely bratty, hoping to push him away. But Leo’s patience is nothing short of remarkable. He handles Everleigh’s antics with calm determination, never losing his temper or giving up on her. His steady persistence proves that he’s not just a great doctor but also a perfect Daddy.

Their romance is sweet and heartwarming. Leo is a standout character—gentle but firm, loving but strict—and his incredible patience makes him even more admirable. He genuinely takes the time to understand Everleigh’s fears and needs, showing her that he’s trustworthy. Everleigh is harder to connect with because of her chaotic behavior, but it’s clear she deeply benefits from the structure and care Leo provides. It’s a great choice for fans of the Daddy/little dynamic.

Dr. Leo Callahan is a wonderful doctor. The clinic is having issues though, namely with a “Karen” causing problems. Everleigh is starting to stress out due to all the tension with that as well as the crush she has on Leo. She is starting to show her bratty side though. Her past is causing her issues with moving forward. I have to say Leo has a lot of patients. At times Leelee is sabotaging her chances with Leo. And OMG, her wanting to move at such a slow pace was driving me crazy. I just wanted him to take charge and override her thought. It seemed like that was what she wanted. But he has to break down that wall of insecurity that she had first. And I could understand that. It took a lot and thank goodness for Ronnie being understanding. Leelee needs her little time with Leo to finally be free. It took a great deal of work but they got there.

I liked this one🙂 Leo is a very patient man!!! lol!!! I don’t like the sassy LeeLee, but Everleigh was quite the hard worker! They are sweet together ❤️❤️

This was a really enjoyable story, and I really felt for the main character Everleigh or LeeLee as she is known when she is Little, who is a nurse at the Dr Darling’s Clinic. She has a crush on Dr. Leo Callahan but is too shy to tell him. Everleigh seems to have trouble with committing to a relationship, she spirals out of control and runs, but she didn’t take in to effect that Dr Leo Callahan was made of sterner stuff, when she asked him to be her Daddy, he made a commitment and fell in love. I really enjoyed the relationship between these two characters and how through communication and love they were able to move on to their happily ever after.

4.5 stars. This was another sweet, fun story set in Dr Darling’s clinic. Everleigh and Leo work together, so according to the rules she has to make the first move since he is the doctor and she is the nurse. Everleigh is a fantastic nurse, but isn’t so good at taking care of herself. And Leo just wants to help her destress and help her stay on the path to being her best self. But she has a lot of insecurities due to a previous relationship. Leo was super patient with Everleigh’s back and forth and hot and cold attitude. I’m glad she was finally able to see that she can trust others to help. It was a good story with some steamy scenes and age play. Everleigh just isn’t my favorite female character.
I did receive an ARC and this is my honest opinion.

Another amazing cute read I love how much feistiness Leelee has she is not a girl to be reckoned with plus it’s a friends to lovers book which is always a favorite of mine! Leo is very determined to help her ni matter what she does which in my opinion I hope I find in real life I see myself a lot in the main girl character. She struggles a lot with how to handle her emotions and stresses along with testing people around her. I love the chemistry between these two it’s definitely something you see throughout the whole read sparks are flying. This is a page turner, mystery, fast paced, interesting story with lots of things to love and relate too!

Adaline Thank you for this second book of Darlin Little Clinic book ... I was so happy when I found out that there was a second book of this coming out .. and it did not disappoint me. I really liked the story .. nice to see how Leo and Everleigh developed their relationship .. I also really liked the part about the danger of a lawsuit to the clinic, this could have been explored a bit more in my opinion, but I understand why the relationship between Leo and Everleigh took precedence.
From me you get the full 5 stars fun too good to read and definitely recommended for people who like this genre of books

A wonderfully cute Little portrayal.

I really enjoyed living vicariously through Everleigh, and therefore LeeLee. She definitely had a lot of excess gunk to work through. I envied the freedom achieved with Littlespace, with Daddy to help with the rebalance of overwhelming pressures and real life stressors.

Everyone needs a Daddy like Leo, he is the whole package with some serious chemistry thrown in.

I particularly like the way the author fleshes out her characters and how they interact within their environment.

I loved this story. It draws the reader into Doctor Darling's Clinic and the lives of Leslie and Leo as they move from friends to lots more. Their journey is enjoyable and interesting as Loe earns the trust of scared and hurt Leelee. All the characters are real and rounded, who live and learn. There are some hot and spicy scenes between Leo and Leslie. I received an advanced reader copy of this book and am leaving an honest review. I really enjoyed reading this story and am hoping that there will be lots more in this series. This is a sweet lovely well written story.

A Great story

Everliegh has So much going on in her head and tends to spiral out of mental control. She has had a crush on Leo who is one of the doctors at the clinic. Together the decide to see how things will go between them. Now this is where I would get confused by her reactions. There were a lot of times that she would be down right ugly with Leo without any real cause. Then when he would confront her with her actions she would do a 180 and be all sweet and respectful. I really didn't understand what was happening with that. I did love the way the book ended.

I loved Leelee and Leo two employees in Doctor Darling's Clinic as a Dr Leo has been working and interested in Nurse Everleighg wha has been crushing on the handsome Dr. But past relationship has Everleigh moving at a snails pace from their work friends to lots more. Their sweetness and journey into a trusting relationship is enjoyable as Leo finally unlocks Leelee's trust from her scared and hurt Little. There are a few hot and spicy scenes between Leo and LeeLee which add to your enjoyment of their story.

too much

Everleigh aka LeeLee takes everything about her job and coworkers to heart.
She loves hard and unfortunately does not take special time for herself.
Dr Leo is her attraction and not sure how to get his attention.
LeeLee gives off little vibes and Leo has picked up on them unknown to her.
With the office in an internal uproar, LeeLee has hit her breaking point.
Will she be able to come back from her breakdown with the love and support of her friends and coworkers?

Dr. Leo and LeeLee have a strong connection and want to make it more he has the patience of a saint. Everleigh has so many insurcurities and doubting herself to sabotage. As his little she is so sweet and he is the perfect daddy but stress and thoughts rack her ming constantly work and home.

I was invested in this and loved the trust they had. It was cute, funny, adorable and all the right thi is were done to make the perfect couple.

This is the second story in the Dr. Darling's Clinic series and I enjoyed it just as much as the first. This one is about Nurse Everleigh, who we met in the first book. I fell in love with her sweet character in the that book and it was so much fun to see her get her HEA. Dr. Leo provides Leelee with the safety she needs to learn to trust again. He's patient and steady, which I found so endearing.

This is the perfect afternoon read and left me with all the warm fuzzy feels.

Dr. Daddy and lil Leelee

Reading anything by Adaline Raine is so heartwarming. Darling Little LeeLee is no exception.
LeeLee and Leo are perfect for each other.
Working with your crush is hard, but when he shows that he wants to be the best Daddy you, life can be so much better.
With a little drama and lots of fun, Darling Little LeeLee is one of the best books I've read this year.

Darling Little Leelee

Imagine a walk in clinic where you are called a guest not a patient! That's what this place is, A walk in clinic. They specialize in a certain type of person but that's what this is. The story centers around two employees about to enter into a personal relationship. Hardly ever a good idea but there is a happy ending. Watch the heading of each chapter so you know who is talking!

Loved this book so much , you won't be able to put it down. Lee Lee like many of us has the flight or fight mode. While she tends to always run she is taught by Leo that it's okay to rely on him. While learning that it's also not easy to deal with someone who acts like a "Karen". You will be hooked from the very beginning to end !

Of course we have a drama to contend with while the main characters explore all the nuances of their developing relationship.
I certainly did enjoy this book and would definitely recommend it to all the Daddy genre lovers.

This story had all the 'feels'. Everleigh wants a Daddy, and she wants Dr. Leo. She resisted saying anything because she didn't want to get hurt. Dr. Leo wants her but needs help convincing Everleigh of the fact. There are also concerns about the clinic, which makes Everleigh very nervous. I enjoyed the story and look forward to reading more books in this series.

Someone is coming after the Clinic & everyone is on edge especially Everleigh. Ronnie has a conversation with his friend & colleague Leo & tells him it’s time for Leo to take care of their favorite nurse & little. Can Leo convince Everleigh to trust him with LeeLee & let him be her Daddy

This is a very good, well written, DD/lg romance. Everleigh is a nurse who loves her job but is getting overwhelmed. She has a crush on Leo, a doctor at the clinic where she works. She brats but he helps her. Read how they work through her young brat self and problems at the clinic.

Darling little Leelee

While I loved Leo, it took me forever to get into LeeLee. I thought she was too much of a brat at times and was beyond unprofessional in a work environment. I honestly would have fired her. Too much drama for my liking.
