About the author

Michael Moreci is a bestselling comics author and novelist. His original works include the space adventure novels Black Star Renegades and We Are Mayhem, as well as the comic series Wasted Space, The Plot, Hexagon, Curse, Archangel 8, and more. The Plot appeared on numerous best of 2019 lists, and Wasted Space has been hailed as one of the best comics of the past decade. Moreci's comic trilogy Roche Limit was called one of the best sci-fi comics of all-time by Paste Magazine, and Black Star Renegades was an Audie Award finalist for best sci-fi of 2018.

Moreci has also written for Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica, and the DC universe--including the YA graphic novel The Lost Carnival: A Dick Grayson Story. He's also adapted Eoin Colfer's bestselling Artemis Fowl series into graphic novels.

He lives outside Chicago with his family.

So far so good! It felt like jumping right back into the Clone Wars all over again which was just so nice.
I adore the Clone Wars and would have loved to have gotten more of the Bad Batch during that time—well, it looks like I got what I wanted!

I love the Bad Batch so much! I'm super happy that we're getting more content of them, especially ones where they're in the Clone Wars <3 I read issue one when it came out but never realized I could review it hear until today. I recently bought the rest of the issues, wanted to wait until they were all released haha

The art is gorgeous and I love the story so far!

kinda hard to rate comics cause they're so fucking short and this issue wasn't a full story but it was good i guess? not enough happens for me to say if it was good or bad like idk i just liked seeing them again. and the characterization is great like i could hear their voices i could see them saying that. so like yeah idk!

What a great kickoff to this 5 Issue series. The writers perfectly captured the characters and created a fast paced and intriguing story, fitting of my favorite clone crew of misfits. And if that isn't enough, we get to see a familiar face...well, kind of...

Çizim tarzı......bana göre değil. Zırhlar güzel çizilmiş ve belli ki bu konuda yetenekli ama ne zaman yüzlere gülmeden bakmaya çalışsam daha da çirkinleşiyorlar 😭 Yine de Bad Batch ile ilgili çizgi roman görmek özellikle de bu kadar yakın zamanda çıkan güzel bir şey. Verebilsem 2.5/5 verirdim.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but this just wasn’t too great? It was perfectly average, but I think it was lacking the character interactions that are the main reason I enjoy the bad batch. Seeing crosshair get along with the rest of the batch was nice though.

The boys are back! I'm just glad we get to spend more time with my favorite boys and see more of their adventures. This is such a fun start to this new series.
