It's a great read for anyone looking to improve themselves and their life.

I really wanted to like this. For me, pretty quick in it was a dnf. It makes a lot of claims without much evidence to back them up. I couldn’t keep going after it said Heaven is not a place, it is a state of being. The statements made do not appear to be going anywhere or to have a point.
I did not care for how this book was written. It was too straightforward and had no explanations or evidence to support it. It was also poorly organized and felt more like a stream of consciousness writing than it did a well thought out book.
