If you're looking for a sweet, quick read that will have you grinning from ear to ear, Lit Up by My Best Friend's Brother is a perfect pick!

Sawyer’s been secretly in love with Rhett for forever, but like any good girl, she’s waiting for him to notice her. Of course, Rhett’s the oblivious brooding type and takes way too long to catch on (cue eye roll). But once he does, things get spicy—and a little embarrassing, in the best way possible.
The book’s got that classic friends-to-lovers vibe, with tons of chemistry, humor, and, of course, a lot of swoon-worthy moments.

It’s a short, instalove story with no cheating and a guaranteed happy ending (thank you, HEA). The only downside? I was a little confused who some of the other people were even though I've read the other books in the series.

Overall, a delightful and super quick read if you need to escape for an hour! Perfect for when you want something cute, funny, and totally swoon-worthy.

Another sensational book in the Lit Creek series! Rhett and Sawyer were terrific characters, ones you fall in love with from the start and want them to get through all the things standing in their way. Most of which, by the way, are themselves. (As is commonly the case.) A long ago misunderstanding lead to a forever friend-zone neither of them wanted. Just what would it take to get out of "the zone"?

I can't say enough good things about this book. It may be my favorite of the series, though I say that every time so... You don't HAVE to read this series in order, but there are a few giveaways to previous outcomes if you don't - and why wouldn't you? They're all amazing!!

Short, sweet, steamy and so fun.

This is my second Lana Piers read and I must say I find her novellas very enjoyable. They are the perfect short read to improve one’s mood.

Sawyer and Rhett have been pining for one another for years but haven’t acted on it. As Sawyer decides it’s finally it’s time to move on, things finally come to a head and Rhett makes his move.

They are absolutely adorable together.

A quick, light-hearted, and easy read!
I enjoyed this book on an evening curled up on the sofa, it instantly made me feel warm and fuzzy. It's a great choice after taking a break from reading or if you want to read something with a HEA and finish the book in one night. The characters are likeable, and I thoroughly enjoyed following their stories. I will look out for more from this author when I need a little pick me up and a good old-fashioned happy ever after!

This is a great cosy read for anyone who love a good miscommunication trope. Both Rhett and Sawyer are great characters that really draw in the reader.

Short and sweet novella about Rhett and Sawyer. As it's so short it runs along at a fair pace but you'll never be bored! I got a bit confused as to who were the other people being mentioned in this story, and yes I've read the first book.
However, as I said short and sweet, it took about an hour to read so a nice way to while away some time.

Another short story set in the town of Lit Creek. This is the last in the series of 5 brothers. Each of the stories were short stories. Our two main characters have known each other forever but have been afraid of making their move towards each other. The pace is perfect for the length of the story, the dialogue is full of banter and so much fin. This series makes small towns seem perfect.
