A glitching GPS + a hidden town of shifters = one interesting situation
Barrett I'm trying to find my muse after months of feeling stuck. After loading up the necessities, I take off across the country in hopes to get my spark back. When my GPS starting acting up, I find myself in a small town that seemed to pop up out of nowhere. Deciding it's best to stop for directions and a bite to eat, I go to the local diner.
Nolan As Alpha, it's my job to handle any big problems amongst my people. When I get a call that the town's two biggest troublemakers need wrangling, I know I'm the only one they'll listen to. After taking care of the problem, I find myself outside the diner with my bear on the brink of a shift. There's only one thing on his MATE!
Two Wrong Turns is a low angst MM shifter MPreg romance featuring a human who gets lost on a spur-the-moment road trip, a bear shifter who realizes said human is his mate, a town full of meddling shifters who want their Alpha to be happy, some forced proximity, a bit of knotty fun times, and Allie's guaranteed happily every after. This book is part of the Love Sync Mates Season Two shared world where travel mishaps lead to HEAs complete with babies.

Sometimes I just want a short, purely fluffy read to cleanse my palette. This one was just okay, but not bad. There’s a lot of telling and not much showing. More inner dialogue than spoken. And there’s no drama or outside conflict to create any tension. So, it became a little boring, but because it’s so short, it didn’t drag too much.
Barrett and Nolan were sweet together. They have some nice sexy moments. Nothing very detailed but still good. There’s a lot that’s glossed over, and the MCs aren’t very developed, but that’s pretty typical for a novella.
The writing has potential. There are several errors, but nothing too severe. I would give a full-length novel by this author a try for sure.
Barrett, a creative struggling to find his muse, sets off on a road trip to reignite his spark. A glitching GPS leads him to a hidden town, where he stops at a local diner for directions. Nolan, the town's Alpha, is dealing with troublemakers when his bear senses its mate as he stands outside the diner. Their unexpected meeting sets the stage for an intriguing connection between them.
This was a sweet story of how Barrett met Nolan and became his mate. An instalove story in some ways it was easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content and MPREG.
This was a cute little MPreg story. I liked how there was an underlying connection before the two MCs met, even if a small and unknown one. A glitchy GPS takes Barret, a human artist, into a shifter only town where he meets bear shifter, Nolan. Nolan is a protective Alpha, and Barret is the human that changes it all for Nolan. The two come together and build a life and a family. It’s a sweet story.
A fairly basic and as such boring mpreg romance full of insta-love, lack of character depth, multiple mentioned characters with no build up, no world building, and an accelerated story line with minimal pay off. If you are in it for a direct romance with no connection in characters and plenty of rapid sexy times this is the read for you, but it was severely lacking to me.
Barrett, a human artist obsessed by a bear, is ready for a new start. Nolan, an alpha bear shifter, is the Sheriff of the small town into which Barrett has happily wandered. Enjoy how Barrett and Nolan meet, handle personal issues, and savor steamy moments together!!!
I love these MM M/Preg stories the characters are great and you feel like you are right there living their life - & you always get a HEA and baby shifters are the best!!! Thank you - Lori
This was an adorable story about a human whose gps goes on the fritz while he is out finding himself. What he finds is a bear shifter and a family. Loved it!
