Nearly every night when I dream, it’s about a pretty boy with cracked porcelain skin.
A broken, blue-eyed doll.
“You’ve got frosting here,” he says thickly, swiping his thumb across my bottom lip. “Open.”
“Open your mouth, doll.” His pupils blow wide, jaw dropping in confusion, and I cup his cheek before sliding my thumb onto his tongue. “There. Now we both can
concentrate.”
“My thumb isn’t quite doing the job, is it, baby?” I murmur, my hand moving toward my belt. “I think you need something a little more filling.”
“Has my little doll been waiting for permission to come?”
“I’ve been waiting my whole life for you, baby doll.”
