Jack Sunset lives a life most would dream of. He lives on his boat where he navigates his way through warm water and warmer beaches. He spends his days looking for a good time and his nights singing and playing guitar at the Sailfish in Jupiter Florida. The warm water gets hot as Jack’s ideal life is threatened when an old flame shows up looking for help. Now Jack must step out of his flip flops and into the fire to help his friends and to restore the balance to his paradise.
Trevor Wilkerson, author of the Jack Sunset series, was inspired to write by reading tropical adventure books from Jimmy Buffett and Wayne Stinnett. He grew to love Florida from years of working in Jupiter spending three to four months a year there. In the evenings, after work, he would spend hours looking at the ocean while sitting on the beach. If he wasn't looking for shells to bring back to his daughters, he was dreaming up ideas of a life in the sunshine state.
Trevor tries to get down to Florida as often as possible. Sometimes it's a family vacation, others are an annual fishing trip with some old friends who used to travel with him for work. Trevor discovered his love for fishing in the open ocean on one of his trips with his friends and has not been able to stop thinking about it since he caught his first sailfish. He currently lives in Washington state with his wife and two daughters. When the kids complete school, they have plans to move to Florida permanently.
