Luke is having trouble finding love until he unexpectedly finds it in a woman named Alex. When Luke discovers that Alex is a nudist, he is left facing decisions that challenge his values and force him to deal with some uncomfortable truths.
This is not an action adventure story ... but it is an engaging literary piece. It is a mainly a series of conversations between Luke and the various women in his life, his girlfriend (Alexa), his room rate (Lily), her girlfriend (Anna), Luke's sister, a work college and his former lover. Luke, who I started to dislike intensely in the middle of the book, has severe issues with separating his girlfriend's nudism from sexual activity. I would have preferred a little more movement (OK there are several dog walks and trips to the river but they could have been expanded) to dilute the long talking heads packages.
As most nudist books are, this is the story of the main character telling his story and internal conflict of being a nudist. His girls friend has experience in social visit and it is a big part of her life. Luke has to accept this if he wants to continue the relationship. Luke has a lot of internal conflict with the lifestyle.
Good story line, strong character development. Kindle version has a few errors in spelling, not enough to be indecipherable or slow down the read. Good story for many that can relate.
I really love these books! The characters are always so relatable. The story provides a healthy argument is support of nudism without trying to be a steamy sex novel. Lily might be my favorite character in all the stories. Everyone should have a friend like her.
