I absolutely loved this book! It made me feel like I was living right there with the Vikings, hearing their amazing stories and learning about their gods and traditions. The way the author describes everything is so simple and clear—it felt like I could see Thor swinging his hammer and Odin searching for wisdom. I’ve always been curious about the Vikings, and this book made it so easy to understand their world.
This book is perfect if you’re like me and love learning about the Vikings but don’t want anything too complicated. It’s packed with cool stories and facts, and it kept me turning the pages the whole time. I feel like I learned so much and had a great time doing it. I recently read a book that had Norse mythology and ideas and didn’t know a whole lot about it. I was inspired to pick up this book and learn about a new culture. Easy listen for someone looking to learn, without being information overload.

There was some good information but honestly I could have just googled most of it easier. So much information was repeated over and over again and the whole book felt like AI put it together. Didn’t feel personal at all.

I saw someone review this saying it was like AI wrote it and AGREED. It sure sounded like it too (the Audible narrator was a robot, I'm sure).
