I'm A big fan of this author, but this story started out a little slower than usual as I continued it became deeper. Enjoy how the author touched on some many things all while keeping your attention, it's seldom that you would find a female holding on to her purity, as well as.trying not maintain a relationship. At first I felt sorry for Rome because he wasn't too street smart and he kept getting robbed but when he spoke so negatively to and about China just brought out the insecure little boy who was all about self image. China needs to get rid of that no good boyfriend because he's only out for money plus I think he's on the down low.
I like the friendship Brock and Amber are building but she needs to keep her guard up and.pay close attention to her so called friend Bri because she is all for self as well can't wait to see what happens when she wakes up from her fake falling out because I think Aunt Tracey gonna whip that butt and the family will look at her differently.

Ohhhhh wow, this series is gonna be lit. My boy block is a real one, and no wonder he is always on Rome case cause he's his pops. Ol girl is so jealous of Amber. If block cross that like and mess with Erica. I think Amber is gonna stop messing with him. Kenny needs to drop dead. I'm wondering if he's gay now cause three hours, really, lol. I hope my girl chy finds happiness. U did good on yet another book and I'm looking forward to reading more of them. Sitting here patting my feet while sipping on Pepsi and while eating popcorn while waiting on the next book to read.

Amber needs to tell Block what's going on and Bri is so fake she is really willing to cross her friend over a man that don't have no care in the world about her. Fire read! It comes with sneaky friends and family with selfish motives and at the same time questioning whether it’s right or not to follow love or lust. Toxic relationships show to drag down the opposing person and I’m curious as to how the 3 friends will deal with everything. Rome & Block’s relation will be forever changed with their family secrets. This is definitely a game changer on top of everything Rome’s been through. Hopefully the consequences don’t end in him completely losing it

Block is rough but he has a soft spot for certain people like his little brother Rome. Rome has target on his back before who he's tied to, and he is.getting fed up.with looking soft. Chyna better let Kenny rot by himself. If he lived her he would treat her better. Bri is not right for the sneaky things she's doing. Somebody's gonna clean her clock. Poor Amber has her heart torn between love and lust.

The author is what drew me to this book and the fact that she is a talented writer. The characters I really don't know what to make of them. So far, if you are looking to read about getting money any way you can, lying and cheating and backstabbing, then this is the book for you. Still, I'm looking forward to seeing what will happen to these characters in the end. I like Amber and Block. They are my favorites so far. On to the next book.

This book is good. Of course it ended on a cliffhanger. I wish I knew a little bit more of what Block, Amber, Chyna, and the other characters looked like. We're given a sort of vague description on some and a little better description on others. I like height, weight, color, eyes, hair, etc. That held me picture the characters better. The storyline is a 3.5/5, sex scenes 3/5, plot 3/5, pace 4/5. Hopefully part 2 is better.

Black Lavish you did the darn thing with this book. My mouth is wide open from that ending. I was not expecting that at all. I'm loving me some Block. I can't wait to see how all this comes together. This book starts off interesting, her trying to get with the rudest nig ever, he getting shot and killed on her tung bedroom with a twin bed 👀. The back stabbing friend, sneaking like crazy to get Amber's man and sexing her aunt's man, and to make it worse her aunt has plans to marry him but he's married. Lots of drams in this book.
