There are 9 Meaty Soup recipes, 10 Seafood Soups, 11 Vegetable Soups, 11 Cold Soups, 11 Thick Soups, 8 Clear Soups, and 10 International Soup recipes. I’ve only made 2 kinds of soups, so this was eye-opening with the variety. I can’t wait to try the German Beer Cheese soup.

I love this book. It has some of my favorite recipes in here that I have made and enjoyed. My favorites are the salmon chowder, the turkey and dumpling along with the chicken gumbo soup. You can't go wrong with any of them. They are easy to follow and comes out amazing.
