Destiny Works in Mysterious Ways -
Even though Ben blamed Ava for them missing their flights, but he put his anger aside to share the drive in the rental car that would get him home. However, Ava decided to turn their drive into a road trip with numerous stops, which led to tension filled moments. Nevertheless, Ben acquiesced to what Ava wanted, as she was the driver registered on the rental agreement, but she soon discovered he was enjoying himself.

Spending time together allowed Ben and Ava to get to know each and open up about their lives, which brought them closer. Unfortunately, just as they were on the final leg of their journey, a phone call set their budding romance back to the bickering stage and led to them parting ways. Luckily, Ben came to his senses after he arrived home and did everything possible to get Ava back, as he realised he wasn’t happy with his life and the fact that he really missed her.

I absolutely enjoyed reading this captivating story, that was fun-filled and inspirational, with an adventurous storyline and interesting characters, that ensured I was unable to stop reading once I started.

A wonderfully written story as Ben and Ava started a road trip from Portland, Oregon to Chicago. After, they each missed their flight, and all other flights out had been canceled due to incoming snow. Ben and Ava had experienced a sudden connection when they met in the security line, so Ava felt safe agreeing to let Ben ride along when she rented the last available vehicle. Their troubles began there with Ava wanting to take the scenic route home, and Ben would have liked to have been home yesterday. Enjoy this unforgettable holiday read as Ava turns Ben's world around getting him to benefit from the season again. A truly outstanding read.

Gorgeous story

Oh I so loved this story. It was set at Christmas time which is a win win for me. Grumpy work focused billionaire and generally upbeat girl. Both with very different outlooks on life.
I loved Ben, he had a lonely life which he didn’t mind before he met Ava and saw things differently. Ava had a difficult time with her family, there were lots of misunderstandings and I loved the way Holly brought it all together.
I didn’t want to put this book down and it had the sweetest HEA.
I highly recommend this book, no cheating but lots of feels. Thank you Holly ❤️

The Billionaire Grump's Christmas Road Trip is the holiday romance between Ava Paxton and Ben Pembroke. These two are enemies who find they need to rely on each other on a holiday road trip. The magic of Christmas is at work in this story as Ava and Ben find they just may have more of a connection than either thought at the start.

Sweet Christmas story

I enjoyed this book actually more than I expected to. It’s a quick read and I was glad that it wasn’t the instalove I’ve seen so often in these shorter Christmas books. It’s not a spicy read but it is a sweet heartwarming story.

This book was truly like a hallmark movie. It was a romance story that was slightly predictable but a joy either way. You could see how Ben changes through the book and how it affects Ava. Watching the love story unfold was beautiful.

This was a slow starter, but was good when it got going.

I was a bit surprised at the turn of events near the end of the trip, but was glad how it turned around.
