This book was previously published as Breeding Clinic by Alexis B. Osborne.

"It’s the literary equivalent of a bunch of fetish gear covered in cream, tossed into a dumpster, and set on fire." -A beta reader

My biology only wants me to give into this strange alpha because I’m carrying his baby.

Kat wants a baby and has wanted one for years. As an older omega with no pack to call her own anymore, she turns to a fertility clinic for help on the path to motherhood. The constant appointments, the blood tests, and the pills will all be worth it when she can finally hold her little bundle of joy. The one she had to give up trying for all those years ago.

The problem? Her hot scent matched alpha donor wants to be more than anonymous and he’s already got a pack. Kat’s not sure that she can risk rejection again.

Liam and his two mates have always wanted a big family but they lack a breeding partner, and never found their scent match.

The opportunity the fertility clinic offers is one they can’t pass up. But when Liam immediately puts his foot in his mouth, he sends their pregnant omega running.

For the first time in forever, he aches to chase her. He can’t possibly let her go. And his pack doesn’t want to either. All three of them will make her see how perfect their pack is for her.

Can they mend the scars on Kat’s heart and neck and settle into domestic bliss before she runs away for good?

Donation Clinic is a cozy, sweet, and steamy contemporary MMMF omegaverse romance. There are no shifters or werewolves in this novel. A content guide is included on the author's website. This book features multiple love interests and a heroine who won't be choosing. If you enjoy nesting, hurt-comfort, an older rejected omega, a 40 year old alpha who owns the family pub, a Brazilian beta fitness fanatic, a demi beta who loves to cook, public fun, pregnancy, cozy slice-of-life stories, and 4 adults handling their business with minimal angst and no 3rd act break-up then this book is for you. Donation Clinic ends with a happily ever after and every Heatverse novel can be read as a standalone.

5 We're Gonna Be So Good To You Stars ⭐

“You’re a sperm donor. I picked your profile out of a donation book.”
Alarmed, I glance “No. I signed up for co-parenting. My pack doesn’t have a breeding partner.”

Umm oops. You say what?? Kat is an Omega who's doing it alone. She's going to be artificially inseminated to become a single parent. Now when Liam impregnates her naturally and oh so thoroughly during her heat; this situation gets a whole lot more interesting and complicated!

A clerical error, a pregnancy, and an established pack who want to co-parent. Liam, Gabriel and Matthew really want this badly, so now they need to court Kat in reverse to convince her that this instant family could work.

I don’t mind taking things slow, but we are on a deadline. I want her to wear my mating bite and put our pack name on the birth certificate. Because she’s perfect for us. In the depths of my soul, I recognize her as mine.

Pregnancy hormones are no joke. With an Alpha and two betas willing to keep Kat satisfied every which way possible, it's the perfect opportunity to get passed old scars and insecurities and take the plunge.

You can appreciate the immediate struggles but I adored that all four lovers brought something significant to the pack. And especially how they approached this delicate scenario. Trust me, these men are seriously creative and very skilled in pleasuring themselves and the mother of their child.🔥🔥

This Heatverse Omegaverse series has to be one of my favorite out there. They're utterly filthy & sweet, the covers are stunning but the depth and maturity of each character we meet are on point. Breeding Clinic was charming, spicy and beautifully romantic. Are you sold yet? This is the third standalone book in this series, and I would recommend each one.

When I think of Alexis Osborne’s Heatverse books, I can only think of how much my brain just sparkles like glitter when I read them, how they’re as tasty as chocolate right before a period, how they’re addictive like some junk foods, and how after I read each one I feel like I need a drink and have a smoke.

Breeding Clinic is the third such novel and while I didn’t like it as much as the smutty masterpiece that was Rut Bar, it was undeniably the hottest book I’ve read in quite awhile.

If you’re looking for plot and story, I’m going to have to tell you to go look elsewhere. Breeding Clinic does have a story framework and a low-stakes plot, but the overall goal of this book (and the other Heatverse books) is mainly a whole lot of spice (like, whoa a lot) on the way to our characters getting their HEA. Each book (especially this one) also has assorted kinks that are well explored many times in many ways before the book is over. (If you haven’t guessed, this one is about breeding).

I caution those who’ve had issues with fertility or pregnancy to read the content warnings before reading, as the book centers almost entirely on these topics.

If you’re good with all of that you’re in for a spicy ride full of breeding kink, lactation kink, pregnancy kink, polyamory, group sex, public sex, car sex, primal play, TONS of dirty talk, pack members who love re-enacting spicy book scenes, book-buying trips, a great many sex toys, a lap dance, heats, knots, and nesting!

I was provided a copy of this title by the author. All thoughts, opinions, views, and ideas expressed herein are mine and mine alone. Thank you.

After several losses and no pack in sight, Kat turns to a fertility clinic to help her have the baby she's always wanted. Only there's a teeny tiny mix-up that turns her plans of single motherhood upside down.

Breeding Clinic may be my first read by Alexis B. Osborne, but definitely not my last! Kat and her packs story was addictive, fast paced, deliciously smutty, but also super adorable. I seriously loved this so much!

I'm a fan of the Heatverse series so I'm somewhat disappointed I didn't enjoy this as much as the previous two books.

What I liked:
- Mature FMC: the heroine is 35 years old and is self employed. Kat is a relatable character and I liked her a lot.
- Down-to-earth pack: The pack weren't crazy wealthy like in so many other books. They had normal jobs. I enjoyed the realism of these guys, it was a breath of fresh air.
- Fertility issues: the breeding clinic element was actually really well done and I loved that angle of the plot, especially since getting pregnant is something most ABO AUs take for granted.

What didn't work for me:
- the plot: I know the style of this series is low angst but based off the blurb I expected a bit of conflict and I was eager to see how things played out. After a few months however, everything just falls into place without much work. The lack of tension made things boring.
- MMMF pack dynamics: the pack is completely pre-formed before meeting the FMC - the first of this series to be like that - and I don't think the pack dynamic was as solid as a result. The alpha-omega bond was strong but the two betas often felt like side characters both sexually and romantically, which was a shame.
- Exhibitionist overload: this is a personal preference but the amount of public sex in this book was insane. It felt OTT to me. Like almost every time they did the deed it was outside or with other people around. The other main kinks were breeding kink, knife play and dirty talk (praise/degradation), but those occured much more sporadically and felt more natural as a result.

Osborne is a great writer so this book is absolutely worth checking out, but sadly, for me, this wasn't a favorite.

This was a well rounded story.
Easy to love and mature characters, no overly drama and good smut scenes.
At some point it did feel a bit long for what the actual story entails, but honestly I did enjoy that there’s a story after the bonding.

It’s the fist book I read from author Alexis B Osborne and I’ll definitely keep an eye out for more.
I also hadn’t read the two books prior in this series and it didn’t gave me any trouble reading.

Breeding Clinic, book 3 in the series Heatverse by Alexis B. Osborne &@alexis.b.osborne is an author that I love! Please note that Kat is pregnant throughout this book.

I loved this book about Kat, Liam, Matthew & Gabriel! This was a fantastic meet-cute beginning! Tropes: Omegaverse, RH, MM, Fertility clinic mix-up, pregnancy, FMC that is richer than the Pack, & an FMC that is an author.

Sweet and sexy omegaverse rh. Sweeter low intensity romance compared to the high energy of the first 2 in this series. Softer, drama free pack development and HEA. There is still lots of explicit steam to keep omegaverse readers happy.

Normally I would give a book about pregnancy and breeding kink a wide berth but I enjoyed the first two books in this series so much, I decided to give it a chance. While I would have appreciated deeper characterization, especially in terms of Matthew's demisexuality, and a few things didn't make sense to me (e.g. the use of Quaaludes or why Kat and Liam didn't try coparenting before running head first into dating), I enjoyed this for what it was.

I feel bad for that limo driver though. I hope they detailed the car and gave them an extremely generous tip after those shenanigans!

Characters: Kat is a 35 year old white romance author and omega. She has a cat named Waffles. Liam is a 38 year old white bisexual pub owner and alpha. Gabriel is a Brazilian bisexual physician's assistant and beta. Matthew is a white demisexual pansexual banker and beta. Matthew and Liam met in college and have been together since then; they met Gabriel several years later and added him to their pack.

Content notes: medical malpractice leading to custody concerns (FMC wanted artificial insemination but a mix up (partially caused by her) led to natural insemination instead with Liam, who had signed up for a coparenting arrangement), past depression, pregnancy, natural insemination treatment, fertility medication, past miscarriages, unexplained infertility, morning sickness, labor and delivery (during snowstorm), needle (rut blocker shot), baby gender reveal, minor snowmobile accident, past pack dissolution (FMC wanted to keep trying to get pregnant and they didn't), past homophobia (Liam's parents), fatshaming cat, cat on diet, fatphobia, diet culture, bodybuilding diet, description of horror movie about a masked killer, past family immigration from Brazil (now a permanent resident), family planning discussion, dubious consent (FMC tells Liam not to knot her while having public sex two separate times and he knots her anyway, claiming it was too late for him to stop. She's not upset about it.), on page sex, menage, DP, triple vaginal penetration, group sex, knotting, breeding kink, milking, choking, humiliation kink, somnophilia (not pre-negotiated but they're okay with it), impact play, knife play, mating bite, heat, rut, belly bulge, creampie, praise kink, voyeurism/exhibitionism, car sex, outdoor sex, public sex, orgasm control, forced orgasms, squirting, edging, porn, sex toys, masturbation, alcohol, Quaaludes, FMC refers to anal sex as "taboo", gendered pejoratives, gender essentialism, ableist language, hyperbolic language around addiction

This story has been updated dropped.

Why?

I don’t think I’m in the headspace nor audience for it, really.

In this, Kat (35) is an omega with four losses and wants a baby, so she seeks medical options. She decides to do natural insemination, signing up for an ethical breeding clinic, and decides bar-owner Liam (38) is the alpha sperm donor she wants to father her baby, who she presumes she’ll raise as a single parent. And when Kat’s heat has her and Liam’s chemistry turn up the notch, she’s more than pleased she’s pregnant afterwards.

Until an ultrasound has the unexpected realization that Kat signed forms that make her and Liam coparents. And Liam is more obsessed (in the beginning) with Kat being his babymaker and not a human being as he makes it clear that he’s Catholic (which I guess means he’s anti-choice by how this is insinuated, even though I know pro-choice Catholics?).

Jesus fuck.

I was honestly really excited when Kat spoke to her lawyer about her options! This is where I wanted things to linger. I don’t understand why it’s such a big deal for Kat to not want to be in a pack and simply coparent. That logic isn’t logicing for me. I guess the lawyer presents it that the pack could sue for full custody, but I don’t understand why Kat can’t just…talk to the pack about coparenting? Is that really that hard for adults to do?

But well 🤷🏿‍♀️ we learn girlie has always wanted a pack and single parenting wasn’t really a choice she wanted to make, which really makes me a question then about her choices in all this.

But she easily agrees to wanting the pack life. And to top it all off, she’s a romance writer.

Le sigh.

I did skim this a bit to see if we’d have anything else. But meh. Liam “knows” Kat likes dominance, so you know, they have that going for them. Gabriel (beta) and Matthew (Beta) are just existing as Liam and Kat’s hang-arounds and fuck buddies. Gabriel is Brazilian. So.

And there was a lot more…texting in this than I wished, I’ll be honest.

Matthew did ask for permission to touch Kat’s baby bump, thank GOD. It pisses me off in so many books when people think a pregnant person’s stomach is free game to touch.

I was also confused why demisexuality needed a trigger warning. That’s…an attraction? Why would demisexuality trigger someone? Matthew is demisexual. Okay? And…having that attraction is a trigger???

Anyways, this is very low drama. The pack just kinda…flows together. There’s no growing pain, no communication issues. They have hot sex and that’s how they stay together.

I think my interest would’ve stayed if there was just…more to the story. Seeing Kat want to coparent and actually want single motherhood, but the pack slowly wins her over. Seeing Liam realize he was an asshole for focusing more on the baby than the person doing the hard labor of carrying it and also realizing he came on too strong. Not to mention, Gabriel and Matthew getting their own time carved out that just being good in bed and one is Brazilian. Having them nonsexually bond with Kat.

But alas 🤷🏿‍♀️ That was not this book.

This is a good book for people who enjoy non-shifter omegaverse with pregnancy and quite literally zero issues anywhere. The conflict started and ended within the sample. The rest of the story is just…the rest. And if you’re okay with pack bonding being tied to sex, then this is also for you.

I just needed more. More nonsexual intimacy. More personality. Varying dynamics.

C’est la vie. My quest for my white whale of an omegaverse why choose story continues 🫡

I liked that the characters in this book were mature and had mature conversations…when they had them. My problem with this book is that there was actually very little conversation. There was just an excessive amount of smut. So much so that I probably skipped a solid portion of those scenes because they went on forever and were so boring. The rest was just the author describing mundane details of stuff that was happening. There was no emotional engagement or relationship building at all. All their interactions were sexual. And the last few chapters were 100% skippable and disappointing. It was a quick, easy read but I wish I would have skipped this one.

Let's be honest we all know why we're here. With a book title Breeding Clinic, it's exactly what you expect. High 🌶 that'll leave you 🥵.

Kat is a single omega ready for motherhood. Liam is an alpha in an established pack ready for fatherhood. Matching together sparks and clothes fly. When a mixup leaves Kat more involved with Liam and his pack than she expected, can they convince her to take a chance on them?

Read this book if you're looking for a high spice MMMF read. There's heats, knotting, and of course 🤰. Liam, Gabriel, and Matthew were the perfect pack for Kat. She was more wary because of a past relationship, but they showed her what a good established pack is.

Liam, Gabriel, and Matthew have been together for years, and it shows. Each of them are ready for fatherhood, and while Matthew is a bit more hesitant with Kat when he gives in 🥵🥵🥵. Seriously, the entire time when they finally reached that stage in the relationship, I was like omg it's hot in here. I loved this installment of this series, and I'm always hopeful for more cause this book will definitely get someone 🤰.

What a cute, funny and spicy read. This story drew me in so fast i could not put it down. I like how we got to know what Kat had gone through so we would now how far she had come but that it was not the majority of the story. The birth scene was amazing and getting to know all the babies made my heart so happy. I really fell in love with all of them

ARC

This is my first ever ARC and I wasn’t disappointed. I quite enjoyed the take on the omega as she had a change compared to the usual trope.

Big thanks to Alexis B. Osborne for giving me an advance copy

You get exactly what you are looking for in this.

I would say it was a bit longer than usual books in this genre but the story flowed.

Great Omegaverse. I loved the first two books in the Heatverse world and this one was no exception. This book is super spicy but also so sweet. It had all the things I love from an omegaverse, heats, knots, breeding, nests, scent matches and packs. I couldn’t put this one down

3.75 Stars.

Smut-1000%, till you'll probably contemplate skimming through some scenes.
Storyline of new beginnings, well developed in the first half.
A/B/O dynamics with the guys fully invested in their own individual and group relationships; well thought out and written.

I think it's a slightly different dynamic to other bi A/B/O books that I've read because truthfully, initially it is Liam who is 1000% into Kat. For Gabriel and Matthew, the feeling takes time to grow (especially for Matthew).

With all that said, I was struggling towards the end. I was getting bored and I just wanted us to get to The End. However, what I will say is if you are looking for a complete A/B/O book, that you start off at meet-cute, relationship growth, fucking and then a more developed ending, that is, we go past the typical epilogue with the couple, you'll love this.

I felt Gabriel being Brazilian was hammed up, Meus Deus everywhere, all the time. It felt like his cultural heritage and him being a gym bro were his traits. Matthew being voyeur, observe-from-the-sidelines was also his biggest traits. Their qualities/interests, other than how they related to taking care of Kat, weren't really explored. Even for Liam, during the first half he is bartender-boss, but during the second half everything is all about these guys in relation to Kat, like they didn't have that much depth.

But overall, I like this series and will definitely be reading more from it.

First of all, a big thanks to Alexis and BookSirens for giving me the opportunity to read this arc.

2.5 stars

Let's start with why I rated it so low. Normally, I like books in the omegaverse genre, but this one was a no for me. There was just an unneeded and unnecessary amount of smut. It got to the point where I just started skipping all the scenes because they were repetitive and boring. Although I read dark romance and read this amount of smut anyways, this was just unoriginal and not particularly fun to read. If this wasn't the case, I'd probably have rated it 3 stars. Also, I think the author just carried out the plot badly and the whole wooing thing could've been so much better. I feel like if this was just written in a different way, not really altering anything, it could have potential.
I would just like to say, this was a quick and easy read, and I finished it in a day.
I also think that Matthew was not as included, and I'd have liked to see more about him or Gabriel, because Liam was the main MMC, whereas it should've been more equal.
If there were more in-depth reviews, I probably wouldn't have chosen to read this arc.
I understand I may be somewhat of a harsh reviewer but this is all just my opinion.

Thank you anyways :)

I love omegaverse so much!!! It’s been awhile since I have read one and this book solidified that it’s one of my favorite tropes/genres to read.

I normally steer clear of any books that have anything to do with pregnancy. I’ve spoken about it here and there but I struggle with fertility issues so sometimes I just can’t deal with it. But I have been in a head space that I actually have been seeking this out lately. And I feel a little healed after reading this.

Kat is a part of a pack and after a few losses she wants to continue trying but her pack just wants to move on. She ends up single again, which was so sad to read her feelings on, but she ends up going to a heat clinic. There’s a mix up and the alpha she’s chooses wants to co-parent not be a sperm donor. Thankfully they’re agreeable and they end up dating. His pack mates take their time getting to know her and eventually they become a pack.

Yall. I balled my eyes out several times reading this. It was just so… lovely. So healing. So beautiful. The way they were cautious but firm with her. So supportive. Being in your thirties and having the realization that maybe being a mother, no matter how desperately you want it, just may not be in the cards for you is one of the hardest pills to swallow. Your biological clock is ticking. To read about a woman not only getting that but also finding her family was everything I needed.

I fell in love with these characters. I loved their love. And the absolutely FILTH they spewed at each other. Especially quiet unassuming Matthew. 😮‍💨

@alexis.b.osborne I have no words to truly describe how much hope this book has given me. It made me feel so many things and I’m beyond grateful to have ARC read for you.

This was fine, but I didn’t think the main characters’ relationships were developed in enough detail. There were several sex scenes, but it felt like at the expense of the scenes where the characters could have been getting to know each other.

Kat really wants a baby but she doesn’t have a pack so she decides to become a single parent and goes to a fertility clinic. A mix up with the paperwork means that Kat meets Liam (and spends her heat with him) and later finds out that the situation isn’t what she thought it would be .

I didn’t mind the main characters, but I wasn’t particularly invested in their relationship. Maybe that could be because of the multiple time jumps which skipped over most of the scenes where Kat is getting to know Liam, Matthew and Gabriel. This meant that the conversation about Kat truly being a part of Liam’s pack felt shallow, and it wasn’t believable to me. Also, the last few chapters felt so unnecessary and repetitive .

There were some mentions of other characters, but they weren’t shown much.

While the idea of the book was interesting, it wasn’t for me because the relationship development/getting to know each other stage was basically skipped over.

GIRLIE WHEN THIS BOOK CAME INTO MY INBOX I CHOKED.

WHEN I READ IT I CHOKED AGAIN.

Alexis Osbourne was my introduction into omegaverse and tbh I don’t trust another author. I loved Heat Clinic, Rut Bar was good, but this one is another level of horny.

Idk what it says about me that I love a good breeding kink book but lord oh lord this book hit all the right parts.

Only thing I will say is I wish the last few chapters were drawn out a bit more and we got to see more of the family dynamic including the kids. Other than that this book is exactly what it says it is. READ THE WARNINGS.

Tropes
- omegaverse
- poly (mmfm)
- queer representation (bi, pan, demisexual)
- breeding
- lots of fluids
- NESTING (I love Kat’s style)

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. These opinions are in no way influenced by receiving a free copy of the book. Thank you Alexis for the opportunity!

If you are a fan of omniverse books (Which I am!) you will love this! The book follows the trope scheme of having an Alpha, Beta and Omega group thrown into an unconventional and novel arrangement to have children. What I liked most about this was it was an instant love (as far as scents go) and a slow burn as she and her new mates get to know each other individually and as a group. Big fan of the breeding kink and this book has that and some adventurous public romps which are very steamy! Corn maze, and park fun sign me up. Overall love the ending when each character gets their own moment in the sun contributing to the pack. Worth the read and would have devoured it sooner if I hadn’t been hit with hurricanes! Great read! She’s a must read author for me!

Alexis wrote another great book for us to enjoy! This book starts from the meet cute and ends many years in the future. It is focused primarily on a breeding k!nk, pregnancies and child rearing. As a child free by choice woman I was not expecting to enjoy a book revolving around these subjects, but I was pleasantly surprised as it is well written and the focus is not solely on the kids.

The book is very high in smut, and the s5xy scenes are given more page time than the plot. The novel is very much character driven, which I enjoy.

The book is well edited and proofread.

All in all this is a nice enjoyable, quick read.

This is a fabulous story about how Kat wants a baby and goes to the fertility clinic.
She is matched with Liam who also wants a baby with his pack, Gabriel and Matthew but, lacks the Omega.
This is a sensual, steamy but also sweet story about how mixups can make the best unexpected changes in life.
The scenes were great, the dialogue snappy and there were so many moments that I rooted for things to work out for everyone. This is a story where you get invested and are so absorbed that you cannot put the book down until they find that elusive happy ending.
This is a brilliant 5 star read.

DNF at 12%. I was in no way prepared for what this book is ACTUALLY about. It is not, as the blurb states, about a sperm donor that wants more. It’s about medical malpractice forcing a woman to coparent with a stranger, based on paperwork she signed under duress.

This is the second book in this series where the content warnings didn’t warn me about something ridiculously upsetting! I think I’m going to have to add Alexis Osborne to my DNR list even though I really liked Heat Clinic and she’s a good writer!

Solid 4 stars.

Finished this in a day, and it was some pretty good porn with plot. It advised not to read at work. What did I do? READ AT WORK. Let's just say I was happy to be home to finish this one.

Dynamics? good. Characters? good. Spice? good. WOuld've loved more just normal interactions with the characters, but this is OV shit alright, they don't like to do regular things.

Would recommend.

sweet and spicy

This was so cute! What starts as a clerical error ends up being so much more. This has all of the spicy hallmarks we’ve come to expect from this author, so there’s no shortage of smexy time. I think it’s well balanced with all of the sweetness and emotion between the main characters. I’m looking forward to reading more in this author’s universe.
