Overcoming a Modern Problem with Fundamental Solutions

Swirling in the age of information, we often find ourselves consumed with being connected to all things all of the time. Comparing and contrasting, two principles are discussed to give definitions, how these principles are formed, and most importantly what to do about them. I learned there's also a work-obsessive behaviour as well, glad I was never that involved, but there has always been a concern about work where I became restless. Tips are solid, rooted from the idea that if you can create peace within yourself first, then you can radiate out to be a help to others, like in the suggestion of volunteering. A guide to deconstructing, then reconstructing with a better foundation. Important viewpoint which can be a very effective tool.
