A truly authentic book, outlining Victor Barnes' life journey, which I had the pleasure of being a small part of in Toronto when he was my boss for a year. This book talks about life choices, career decisions, importance of self-reflection, how basketball can aid your corporate career, having a purpose, all in an amazing conversational flow where it feels like you're literally in the author's presence. Thank you Victor, for sharing your decades of wisdom, being vulnerable and showing others a path we'd be proud to follow!

This book had great gems on navigating your true self throughout the arc of one’s career- beyond just the workplace. The author’s personal stories weaved throughout the book made for a great way to connect with readers while guiding us to see the benefits of each area included in the sub-title. Great gift to graduating students entering the workforce or someone contemplating a career change.
