An old box of keepsakes holds the key to saving Evie's family cottage—if she can unlock their secrets in time…

When Evie returns to her grandmother's cottage on Belle Island for the first time since her beloved Nana's passing, she uncovers a mysterious box of keepsakes that could unravel her future.

She finds an unexpected ally in the charming neighbor Randy, who shares a special connection to her grandmother's past. Together they begin unraveling the secrets and heartwarming stories behind each keepsake, awakening Evie's dream of honoring her grandmother's legacy by making the cottage her home.

As Christmas nears, she discovers more than she ever imagined—a gift of new beginnings, rekindled love, and a chance to finally embrace the cherished island life her grandmother loved.

But a surprise visitor makes a shocking claim that could cost Evie the very cottage she loves.

Will the magic of the season and the power of community be enough to save the cottage and Evie's chance at happiness?

Kay Correll is a USA Today bestselling author of sweet, heartwarming stories that are a cross between women’s fiction and contemporary romance. She is known for her charming small towns, quirky townsfolk, and the enduring strong friendships between the women in her books.

Kay splits her time between the Southwest coast of Florida and the Midwest of the U.S. and can often be found out and about with her camera, taking a myriad of photographs, often incorporating them into her book covers. When not lost in her writing or photography, she can be found spending time with her ever-supportive husband, knitting, or playing with her puppies - a cavalier who is too cute for his own good and a naughty but adorable Australian shepherd. Their five boys are all grown now and while she misses the rowdy boy-noise chaos, she is thoroughly enjoying her empty nest years.

The Heart of. Christmas is Love

I love the stories that Kay writes. Evie’s grandmother, Genevieve, although recently passed away, comes alive in the story with a goodness and generosity that reaches Evie’s grieving heart. And just like all Kay’s stories about Belle Isle, the goodness of the community shines through, too.

Always a good, happy read from Kay Correll. I really liked these characters she brought to life and the plot of this book. Got to have a bit angst, before you get the happily ever after. Looking forward to reading more from this talented storyteller.
