When Syrus, Levi and Creed are offered a 2nd chance to mate with an Omega from a different pack, they accept.

They men are still dealing with the loss of their first Omega Anna, but they keep this information back from Eve when she joins them in her new home. Eve settles in, and the 3 start to develop feelings for each other. The men all feel that Eve challenges them more than Anna did, she was more submissive. It makes the dynamic between the 4 of them a lot different. While Levi and Creed like this new bond, Syrus, the Alpha struggles. He still feels responsible for the loss of Anna, he is frighten that something could happen to Eve, so he tries to hold himself back, but Eve worms her way into his heart.

When they hear about more omegas going missing, Syrus gets even more protective, rubbing Eve up the wrong way. Then when Eve finds out the secret, her trust in the pack breaks. Can she recover from the heartbreak of her mates lying to her?

The story deals with grief, helplessness and the way the men have to come back from that. Some can move on and deal with the stages of grief, some are stuck fighting how they weren't there to protect their mate. This colours their actions and motives when they accept a mating with a 2nd omega. And because of the secret they hold back, it causes the trust to break within the new relationship. Can they earn the love, respect and trust back?

Eve being the oldest daughter is an omega and her father has all the packs that are looking to get an omega submit and he along with her mother selects what they think is the best match for their strong and loving daughter. But Eve comes into the pack on a lie as she doesn’t realize that Syrus, Levi and Creed already had a mate and she died along with their pup. They are still struggling with their feelings of guilt as they were supposed to protect their mate, however, they know that they need to accept another omega to feel whole again. Only Eve didn’t know any of that as she was matched to this pack of 3 and thought she was their one and only. This causes trust to break within the tenuous pack both the Gamma (Levi) and Beta (Creed) were starting to make connections with Eve as their omega even though Syrus was still struggling since he was the alpha of the pack and felt more of that protector responsibility. But leave it up to someone else to spill the beans to Eve right as they are in the midst of issue with omegas being kidnapped. There was lots of drama and danger but also some amazing chemistry and spice while they worked on their relationships. I liked that this was a second chance but showed how the characters each dealt with their grief and how that also impacted this new relationship with Eve. I really enjoyed this storyline and all 4 of the main characters

After losing their first Omega, and her cub, to a rogue shifter, Syrus's pack is reluctant but determined to do better if they are selected for another Omega. They are honored with Eve, a confident and strong-willed Omega that keeps all three of her new pack mates on their toes.

As time goes by, they continue to search for the shifter who murdered their first Omega and their cub, but he remains elusive...until Eve is taken in the middle of the night. Syrus, Creed and Levi are beside themselves with worry, and in their search for Eve make a horrifying discovery.

The premise of the story rather reminds me of the state of our political system at the moment. Those who would like to reverse all of our social progress and return to the all male dominated society of the 1950's. This is just a story, however, and does not represent reality. Eve is a strong Omega and is determined to return to her pack. Will she succeed? Only time will tell. Will her pack mates find her in time to save her from the hell that awaits her?

This was a fast paced and engaging series opener and it really pulled me in. Eve is matched to a pack of three and I love that her parents researched who would be the best and most supportive match for her. That being said, Syrus, Levi and Creed omit telling her that she's their second mate and that they're still struggling with her loss... In amongst the blooming feelings, there's a danger of omegas being kidnapped and it sets the tension up nicely as I was reading along. Of course, things go sideways when she gets told by someone else about their first mate and yep, that puts her smack dab in the middle of the kidnapping scheme. This was a thrilling reading ride filled with chemistry, emotions, danger, drama and hot romance as they navigate the consequences of their choices and work hard for their HEA. I really liked this new world and look forward to the next book :D

Second chance Omega

An action packed shifter romance; full of second chances, danger, action, passion, disappearances, survival, friendship, steamy romance and love, with some great twists along the way.

Syrus, Creed and Levi are given the chance to mate with an omega from another pack and have a second chance, having lost their first omega. But they keep their past and secrets from her when she joins in them and although she settles in and feelings develop, they're still worried that they might lose her as well.

Syrus in particular becomes more protective when the males hear of other omegas going missing and Eve's trust in them is lost when secrets are revealed. Can the males regain her love and trust in order to protect her when needed?

So I really enjoy this author so much. I also want to say that I really did enjoy this book in particular as well. I liked the guys even when I didn’t. I did not like that they claimed her without telling her the truth about having a previous mate. This felt wrong on so many levels. It takes away her choice and makes it hard for her to look at this and decide to stay because she forgives them and not have to take a bond into consideration. But she doesn’t really have a choice she can’t leave so she kind of has to forgive them. As far as I’m concerned they basically tricked her into a bond by omitting the truth. But they are also remorseful and work for her forgiveness and all four of them work to get past trust issues due to their omission.

I really liked Syrus, Creed, Levi and Eve. Even though Syrus make me angry with his refusal to be completely open and honest with Eve. I was also angry with Eve because she knew that a cougar had already attempted to snatch her and yet she still snuck out her bedroom window knowing that omega's were being taken. But everything worked out. I hope they'll be more books to follow so we can find out if the people in the robes were ever caught.

Interesting.
Alpha Syrus and his unit of Beta Creed and Gamma Levi seek a second chance mate since their first mate Anna and newborn pup Gabe was murdered. Their securities are tested on both their territory and with their new mate, Eve. Danger, poor thinking and perseverance detail this story where compromise, strategy and love wins all.

Omega Eve (FMC) is sent to Syrus' Pack to become their Luna/mate. Only secrets, the main one being that the pack had already lost their matte and pup making Eve, Syrus, Creed and Levi 2nd chance mate. Even though Syrus isn't all that welcoming to Eve. When outside influences kidnap Eve and other Omega's that escalate things between all of them. This was definitely a read with plenty of twists, turns, some steam and a few years too.

I really enjoyed the dynamics and the struggle that the Alphas have in accepting that the past and the issues that they had were meant to be so that their true Omega could come into their lives. Eve is strong but in that situation anyone would have doubts. The fact that she allows them to redeem themselves speaks to her strength and the way that the pack has become an integral part of her life. Overall the book had all the “feels” and was a good read!

lovely story

The characters are fantastic. I was hooked but the storyline, the challenges they faced and caused. The bond they create made me tear up. Lovely story, I hope there’s more to come.

I found a few typos in the text but overall, I enjoyed the story. It’s a typical Jasmin Fox story, 3 shifters, one omega who gets k1dnapped and the guys have to save her. I wish she would switch it up slightly with the storyline.

Eve, Syrus, Creed & Levi

Dieses Buch enthält eine Geschichte über Wandler, wobei diesmal im Vordergrund die Wölfe stehen.

Es war eine interessante Storyline, die allerdings an einigen Stellen mager ausfiel..... Trotz der wechselnden Erzählperspektive aller Protagonisten, die uns Einblicke in ihre Gedanken-/ und Gefühlswelt gegeben haben, besonders als es um die Vergangenheit der Männer ging.

Die Charaktere waren in Ordnung und passten zu ihren angedachten Rollen und ich fand deren Entwicklung, ob einzeln oder als Rudel zusammen gut gelungen. Allerdings war das Buch ein kleinwenig langartmig gehalten und es war gegen Ende überladen. Allein das Geheimnis der Männer hätte in dieser Geschichte ausgereicht um für einiges an Spannung und Drama, ebenso für etwas emotionale zu sorgen. Doch die Geschenisse die danach noch rund um Eve kamen, waren in meinen Augen zu viel und unnötig.

Eve war eine starke Frau die vorallem durch ihre willensstarke und liebevolle Charaktereigenschaft punktet. Sie ist klug und Kompromiss bereit und doch standhaft im durchsetzen ihrer Wünsche.

Syrus als Alpha ist mit etwas zu lasch gewesen in seiner Rolle aber seine beschüzerische und besitzergreifende Art fand ich reizend.

Creed war für mich nicht zu entschlüsseln bis zum Schluss. Er wird als Künstler dargestellt, ist jedoch eher wortkarg und kühl in seiner Art.

Levi ist der Clown im Rudel der durch seine redegewandte Art alles eher auflockert und auf der emotionalen Ebene besonders einfühlsam ist.

Leider gab es auch einige Mankos in diesem Buch.... angefangen mit den vielen Schreibfehlern und fehlenden Wörtern oder Sätzen. Auch die wiederholenden Kapiteln gegen ende waren grausig und haben den lesefluss gehörig gestört.
Dazu kommt das viele Dinge nicht aufgeklärt oder weiter erörtert wurden, wie diese ganzen Bindungsunterschiede bei den Paarungen oder die Götter an sich die eine große Rolle spielten.

Vorallem enttäuschend war das Ende. Es bleib alles oberflächlich und kühl gehalten, es wurde auf nichts groß eingegangen und wirkte einfach wie eine Liste die abgearbeitet wird....

Für mich leider doch alles sehr enttäuschend wie es gehandhabt wurde.
